Brad and I woke up at 6 and got dressed. Lydia made up breakfast and then Brad went to football while I went to gym X44. After my workout I did some ball work and then took Duke for his run. Brad showered at his house then came over. We ate lunch and then I checked Twitter.
Alex: Leaving tomorrow for a month and procrastinating on packing probably isn't the best idea. #15days #RoadtoRio
Me: you should pack for two so I don't have to pack myself. #haventstarted
Alex: I mean all we really need is toiletries and our passports right?? That's how far I am.
I went to my closet and found my suitcase. My phone started ringing and it was Hope.
Me: hey Hopey
Hope: Savannah Blaire
Me: yes?
Hope: you better start packing
Me: I am, I'm in my closet now
Hope: you better be, well I am going to run errands so I have to go but tell Brad I said Happy Birthday
Me: I will, bye Hope.
Hope: bye Baby Horse
It took me 2 hours to fully pack. Once I was finished Brad and I went to meet his parents for his birthday dinner. The 4 of us ate and talked for a couple hours and then took pictures before his parents went back to the hospital and we went back to my house.
Me: Are you sure you turned 18 today because I swear just yesterday we meet at freshman orientation almost 4 years ago. In that time, you have become my world and I wouldn't want it any other way. Happy Birthday you old man! @bradevans18
Brad and I changed and then went to bed.
