hey guys so i broke my nose and will be having surgery tomorrow morning so i am posting the next chapter so i don't have to worry about it. Vote please! - Blaire
At 11:59 my alarm went off waking both me and Hope.
Hope: what the hell?
Me: oh yeah, Happy Birthday Hopey!
Hope: you're lucky I'm too tired to kill you, now go back to sleep
We both went back to sleep until 6:30. We got up and got our training gear. We went down to breakfast and when we walked in someone jumped on us.
Kelley: Happy dirty 30 Hopey!
Hope: thank you Squirrel now get off before I drop you
Kelley got off and we went to get our plates. After we ate we loaded the bus. Training was intense but we were definitely tuning up. Dawn gave us our drinks and we went back to the hotel. We had lunch and 12 and ate and talked.
Alex: when is your first day of school?
Me: the 15th is the first day for everyone but I'm not sure when mine will be
Ali: are you excited for your final year?
Me: yeah for the most part
Ash: most part? What do you mean by that?
Me: not ready for sitting in class or the homework and especially not my English teacher
Kelley: why the teacher?
Me: I swear she hates me. I had her freshman year and she was always mad that I missed for cheer and soccer, also for the past two years she always tells other teachers that I just get handing things to me.
Hope: is she the one you told me about a long time ago?
Me: yup
Ali: well hopefully shell be better
Me: doubt it, well I am going to facetime Brad.
I went up to my room and called Brad.
Brad: hey baby
Me: hey
Brad: how's Brazil?
Me: good but hot, how's football?
Brad: its good, we pretty much have the same starters as last year
Me: that's good. Have you thought about colleges?
Brad: yeah I've gotten a couple more offers but it's between Stanford, UNC, and Ohio State
Me: that's a good 3
Brad: yeah, how are you holding up?
Me: as good as I can be, has anyone said anything
Brad: not yet but I think people are starting to question
Me: I figured
Hope: hey Brad, here Dawn told me to tell you to drink this
Me: okay thanks
Brad: hey Hope
Me: where's Duke?
Brad: outside I'll go get him
Me: hey Duke, how's my big boy
Duke stuck his head over the desk and started licking the camera.
Brad: as you can see he misses you
Me: have you been running him?
Brad: every day except Fridays
Me: good thank you
Brad: of course, well I have to go meet my parents for lunch
Me: alright bye babe I love you
Brad: bye I love you too baby
I finished the drink Hope gave me and then checked social media. By the time I finished we had our gym session. Hope and I went down and did warmups. We had our individual workouts again and then once we finished we incorporated boxing for some cardio. After our session we showered and then had a little free time before dinner.
We all ate and then had movie night in Moe and Kling's room. The first movie ended at 8 so we started a second. Halfway through I fell asleep on Hope.
Ali: she is like completely on top of you
Hope: yeah I know this is every night
Ash: do you need help getting her to the room?
Hope: no I got her, thanks though
Hope sat up and put my arms around her neck. I automatically wrapped my legs around her. Hope stood up and carried me back to the room. She climbed into bed and fell asleep herself.
