I woke up at 8 and let Duke out. Brad and I had breakfast and then both of our phones started ringing.
Me: Savannah Solo
Jenifer: yes, this is Jenifer Storms form Gatorade. We would like to congratulate you on winning the Gatorade National Girls Soccer player of the year and also being the Gatorade National Female Athlete of the Year.
Me: wait really?
Jenifer: yes, if you are able to go we want you to go to the ESPY's to receiver your award in the pre-ceremony
Me: uh yeah okay
Jenifer: well I will email you everything you need to know

Todd: yes this is Todd Mages from Gatorade and we would like to congratulate you on winning the Gatorade National Football player of the year.
Brad: it's an honor thank you
Todd: you will be presented with you award on the 16th. We will email you the information

We told each other the news and then I checked my email. Jenifer sent me my plane tickets and hotel information. I also would be having a hair and makeup team. Brad helped me pack and then drove me to the airport. I went through security and went to my gate. Hope called me as I sat down.
Me: Hey Hopey
Hope: Baby Horse congratulations to you and Brad, you two are all over my social media
Me: thank you
Hope: what are you doing?
Me: I am headed to LA for the ESPY's
Hope: what why?
Me: they are presenting me with my award in the pre-ceremony and plus it was a free trip to LA
Hope: oh well I'll see you on tv then.
Me: yup, well I have to board bye Hope

Me: I will
I got my seat and then plane took off. I switched flight in Dallas and then finally landed in LA. A guy in suit drove me to my hotel and checked me in. I got to my room and ordered room service. While I ate I called Spencer and we decided to go surfing in the morning. I put my dishes out in the hall and then went to bed.
