"TRAVIS STOLL!" I yelled, and the son of Hermes flinched and turned to face me.

"You... You are going to pay." I said, panting. I had just ran all over camp trying to find him. Travis looked confused.

"I have no idea what you're talking about..." He said. I crossed my arms and glared daggers at him.

"Oh please. You spray painted your initials on the Demeter cabin!" I yelled, the image of the bright red "TS" painted on the side of my cabin popping into my head. Travis raised an eyebrow.

"That wasn't me." He said innocently. I was starting to get angry.

"Of course it was!"

"No, it wasn't. I'm Connor!" I didn't believe him for a second.

"Travis stop it. I know that you're not Connor." I said.

"Katie, I am Connor!" He said, emphasizing the word 'am'.

"No you're not because Travis has a birthmark on his shoulder. Just like this!" I grabbed the collar of his shirt and pulled it away from his neck. On the edge of his shoulder, I saw a small birthmark. Travis closed his eyes and sighed.

"Fine. You caught me." He said miserably. "I just- wait a minute, how do you know that I have a birthmark on my shoulder?" He asked, wiggling his eyebrows. I bit my lip and blushed. The only reason that I knew that was because I had accidentally walked into the Hermes cabin when he had his shirt off. I looked back at Travis.

"Nevermind that! You are coming with me right now to clean all the paint off of my cabin!" I said, pinching his ear and pulling him with me. But apparently my grip wasn't strong enough, because Travis slipped away and ran in the other direction. I mumbled an Ancient Greek curse, then started to run after him. Unfortunately, I wasn't the fastest runner. Unfortunately again, Travis was. After a few minutes, I was panting an decided to give up.

"You're useless!" I yelled. "I'll just clean it myself." I turned around and started to walk towards my vandalized cabin. Suddenly behind me, I heard a gasp.

"Katie, wait! I have to tell you something important!" Travis yelled, running up behind me. I stopped walking and turned to face the son of Hermes, who was running towards me.

"What is it?" I asked, annoyed.

"Your name!" He said.

"What?"

"Your last name! It's Gardner, right?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Well, it sound like gardener. You get it? Because you're a daughter of Demeter!" He said proudly, like he couldn't believe that he thought of that all by himself. I rolled my eyes.

"Oh, wow Travis. I wish that I had though of that." I said sarcastically. It took him a few seconds to realize that I was being sarcastic, then smirked.

"Haha very funny." He laughed. I turned back around and started to walk. Travis followed me, and I had no idea why. I walked straight past my cabin and into the woods.

"Why are you following me?" I asked Travis.

"Because it annoys you." He replied. Even though he was behind me, I knew that he was smirking. I mumbled another curse, but this time Travis heard me.

"Well that's not a pretty word for a pretty girl to say." He said, walking in front of me. I almost stopped in my tracks. Travis just called me pretty. No. It was just an expression. I stopped walking when I reached Zeus' fist- a huge pile of boulders in the middle of the forest.

"Bet I could beat you up there." Travis said. I looked at him and smirked.

"You're on. But I'm going to win." We started to climb, and I beat him.

"Haha! Loser!" I said, making an L shape with my finger and thumb and pressing it to my forehead. "Told you I'd win." Travis stood in front of me and rolled his eyes.

"Only by a second." He said. I laughed, and so did Travis. After a minute, Travis' smile faded.

"Um, Katie, since we're alone, there's something that I have to tell you..." He said. I opened my mouth and gasped.

"You're finally admitting that you've been the one pulling pranks on the Demeter cabin for the past three years?!" I asked hopefully. Travis smirked.

"Not a chance." He said. I pouted.

"Aw. Well, what did you want to say?" His expression turned serious again.

"Oh... Um... Well, I just really wanted to tell you... Uh, that I, uh, you know, oh gods... I mean, it's not easy to say... That I... I, um..."

"Come on Travis. Spit it out." I said. And that's exactly what he did.

"I love you." He blurted. I stared at him in shock. I didn't know what to say.

"Look, I just wanted to ask you something." He said. He took a deep breath, then continued. "Katie Gardner, will you be my girlf-" I couldn't control myself. I reached up and kissed him full on the mouth. When I pulled away, Travis' face was bright red.

"So... Is that a yes?" He asked. I laughed.

"Yes, yes it is." I said. Travis bent down and kissed me, and I kissed him back.
