Hey guys, do me a favor, and never try to limit what you eat to nothing. Don't skip meals, and don't skimp if meals either. You will regret it.
Over the past two/three weeks, I've been skipping meals and timing stuff so I don't eat, and I've got a few full days without actually eating. And it's really bad. So don't ever do it.
It's really easy to skip meals and stuff, but really hard to get back to eating the right amount. For example, I couldn't even finish one sandwich without having to stop before I physically puked.
So yeah, I know that some people are like "it's not that big of a deal" and that stuff, but please. Take my word. Keep your eating habits normal. Don't hurt your body like this. It's not worth it, there's no point. I promise.

Side note; I am currently working on eating more, starting with at least a bowl of cereal every day, and then adding on what I can for lunch and stuff. So don't worry about me, I'm getting better. Just take my word
