come here- chapter 7

We've been here for about a week. It's been nice to be away. There's pretty much no signals here. We haven't really talked to anyone, but we couldn't. Matt and I came out here for it to just be us. We wanted no distractions. We didn't want anything to disturb us. We just needed the time to enjoy ourselves and reconnect. We're good, and solid. Our relationship is more stable than anyones. We were a married couple even before we married. We've only been married for a few months, but it seems like we have married forever. We've been through so much though out these past three years. Ever since we first started dating and everything for us has only gotten better. 

We've been running out here. There's little trails for us to run or walk on. It feels nice. It's nice to be outside and run around. We can run with no job and no worry. We ran around today and just checked everything out. It was nice, but it seems like we've been here forever. We ran inside. Matt ran our bedroom " phew... ugh that was good.." I laughed " I feel so good... like we just did so much but we didn't..." Matt looked at me " I gotta shower..." I laughed " me too.." He had this look in his eyes " come on.." I looked at him " where..?" He laughed " cute... the shower... join me please..." I laughed " sure... race you!" He laughed " hey!" 

I ran to the shower removing my clothes, piece by piece. Matt looked at me almost fully unclothed " your crazy... I love you!" I laughed " I better hope so... you married me didn't you..." We seemed to be us. This has been great for us.
