Matt's POV
Gabby and I have beee working on getting a house. We put in an offer to a house last week. We needed a house because our apartment is just too small for twins. It was great for us all this time, but now we need space. We need a yard. We loved this ranch. It was the perfect starter family house. The people were only asking $70,000 for the house. That is pretty reasonable in Chicago and great for the ranch. It's the perfect size. Not to small, but not too big. It would be great to get this place. Gabby's 24 weeks pregnant. We need a house so we can get it ready for the babies. We just want to start this part of our life.
Gabby's back has been killing her. Pregnancy has been hard. I looked at her as she laid on the couch " what's wrong...?" She looked at me " my back..." I looked at her " come here.." She leaned towards me " ooh babies.." I rubbed her back " how's that..?" She eased up " better..." My phone started to ring " hold on..."
I picked up the phone expecting nothing " hello!" On the other end of the phone a women answers " Mr.Casey... hi this is Diane I have some news..." I laughed " good I hope..." She laughed " yes actually.. it's all good. You got the house!" I smiled " that's great..." She laughed " it is! so i'm hoping we can meet and finalize everything...?" I nodded " uh.... yeah sure... how about tomorrow morning... we have shift but we could meet you at a diner or something...?" Gabby looked at me odd " what is that?" Diane continued " yeah that works see you at 7:30.." I laughed " that's great.." Gabby looked at me " the house?" I smiled " yes... we got the house!" She smiled "and..." I looked at her grabbing her hand " we'll meet Diane tomorrow to sign all the paperwork then the house is ours." I kissed him " this is amazing!"
