It's been a while. We haven't seen Matt's family in a while. We haven't seen Christie or Violet in a couple years. It's nothing personal at all. Were just all so busy. I feel bad that we haven't even seen them since we got married. We haven't even see Matt's mom. Matt isn't really close with his mom. We've seen here maybe a couple times over the years. We haven't seen her a ton though. I feel like we should. Families important and if were going to have a baby we need to remember that.
I looked at Matt as we woke up " We haven't seen your family in a while..." He looked at me " I know... I know we should be were all so busy..." I looked at him " we should.. you know. we could be having a baby in 9 months or so..." Matt kissed me " your right... I'll call Christie later but we got to get to work..."
Later in the shift
Matt called Christie " hey Chris... it's Matt.." she picked up " Matt... what's wrong...." He laughed " nothing... Gabby and I were talking and we know everything has ben crazy and we haven't seen each other in a while but... we'd love it if you guys would come over tomorrow night?" She laughed " I know... it's been too long. sure I'm sure Violet would love to come over..." I was happy " great... so does 6 work..?" She laughed " yeah 6 is great!" I walked in as he was hanging up " so..." Matt smiled " o o'clock tomorrow..." I laughed and kissed him " thank you...." Matt kissed me " your right... we need to stay close to family. this is for our family."
