Lapis walked into her apartment, her usual dead look plastered on her face. She threw her backpack down on the floor close to the couch and walked over to the counter in the kitchen, only to see Peridot. She was lifting what seemed to be a dumbbell with her index and middle finger, her contacts in. "Peridot, what are you doing?" Lapis asked, resting her head on her hands as her elbows rested on the countertop. Peridot looked up at Lapis, smiling. "Valentine's Day is coming up, isn't it?" Peridot stated, smiling smugly. Lapis blushed profusely.
Let's just say, Valentine's Day was enjoyable for the two of them.
