"This is him- my new dog!" Herc exclaimed.
"He's adorable!!" Alex fawned.
"Truly magnificque Herc." Laf commented. Herc passed the photo around the circle.
"That's great Herc. Any more announcements?" George said, as the photo got passed to Samuel Seabury, who studied the photo. Thomas' hand shot up in the air. "Yes, Thomas?"
"My dad and my mom are getting divorced!" Thomas said excitedly.
"Oh." George frowned. "I'm sorry Thomas, you know if you ever need anyone to talk t-"
"I know him!" George K. shrieked.
"Mr.King, I was saying something."George W. said.
"Sorry, but this dog!" George K and Samuel Seabury continued to study the picture of Herc's new dog, Dipper.
"It's okay. Anyway Thomas, I'm sorry."George W looked at Thomas's very happy face.
"No no! I get two houses! Two bedrooms! And twice the amount of toys, to fill each bedroom! My dad says my mom is intolerable- whatever that means." Thomas shrugged, still grinning from ear to ear.
"Yes! That's it!" George K yelled. Sam grinned triumphantly. George K turned to Hercules. "Where did you get this dog?"
"My mom bought him last week!"Herc gushed. He had fallen for Dipper instantly. The floppy ears, the black and white spots and the curly hair. Even the brown eyes made him melt.
"This is my dog's baby!"George K explained.
"What?"Herc asked, very confused.
"Yes! I know him! My dog, Bailey, had a litter a few weeks ago and last week this one was boughten."George K seemed very excited that he had figured it out.
"Bought." Alex corrected.
"His name is Dipper!" Herc said, running over to sit next to George K.
"Eh- how do you say? ...Traitor."Laf murmured, slipping his hand into Alex's. The two boys' sweaty palms forged together.
