"Ughhh..." Alex growled in the back of his throat. Hercules put a hand on Alex's shoulder.

"It's okay Al!" Hercules tried to comfort his friend by patting him on the shoulder and arm. It didn't work.

Alex shrugged Hercules' hand off. "No. No it's not."
"Why not Al? Now we can put all that politics stuff behind us an-"

"I don't wanna do that! How is that man our playground president?" Alex gestured at the young, scrawny boy known as John Adams. "I will not rest until we have another president!"

Alex grinned to himself as he bounced the basketball. He had challenged Adams to a game,
one-on-one game of b-ball. Hercules watched anxiously from the sidelines as Alex ran towards Adams. Adams attempted to block him but Alex swerved and did a one-handed swish through the net. Adams scrabbled to grab the ball as it fell through the hoop, and succeeded, running back to Alex's hoop. Alex sprinted past Adams and knocked the ball out of his hands. "Sucker!" He yelled.

Adams pouted. "Rude." He murmured, before running after Alex with a frown on his face. Alex had just scored yet again.
"Go Al!" Hercules said softly, not wanting to hurt John Adams' feelings by wanting him to lose, that would be mean.
"ALEX! ALEX! ALEX!" Laf was chanting next to Herc.
Herc rolled his eyes. "Subtle Marquis."

"Don't call me that!" Laf sing-songed in Hercules' ear, making Herc shutter.
Alex panted as he scored for the 5th time. He looked at the commentator, Thomas. "And it's 5-nothing, Hamilton is in the lead!" Thomas sneered when he said Alex's name.

Alex saw Adams in slow motion, jumping up to try and score. He heard a familiar voice in his head. John Lauren's. Don't let him take your glory. And Alex listened. Alex jumped into Adam's knocking him down. Alex remained standing, holding the ball above his head. The crowd continued to chant his name as he smirked at Adams. "Stay down John. You fat meanie poohead." He murmured.
Adams burst into tears, clutching his scraped and bloody knee. Thomas began to bellow to the crowd. "Hamilton's out of control."

"This is great!" James exclaimed. "He's out of power! He hold's no office and he just destroyed President John Adam's kneecap."

"Hamilton is a host unto himself. Let's let him know what we know." Thomas grinned slyly at Alex from across the playground.
