"Jc's going to be staying with us for awhile," I tell Kian as I sit on the couch next to him.
"Well what's Erin going to do?" He asks as he wraps his arm around my shoulders.
"She's staying here too."
"Does Jc know she's here?"
"Yeah."
"And he's willing to just put himself into the same house as the girl that cheated on him?" He questions suspiciously.
"I guess so."
"This is so weird. None if this sounds right."
"I know, it doesn't make sense. Erin said he can't stay in Texas though because there's not enough room for him and Copeland there."
"I don't know. I have issues believing that. I have issues believing all of this."
"Well what are we supposed to do? Just assume they're lying about this? Leave them to figure this out on their own when they need us? We can't do that."
"Well none of this sounds like something either one of them would do," he says.
"Maybe they've changed. Jc isn't that sweet innocent guy from YouTube anymore, and Erin isn't that outgoing girl from Kentucky looking for adventure. They're just like me and you Kian. They've changed. We've changed."
"Well then I don't understand it."
"I don't either, but I guess we will sooner or later."
"When are Jc and Copeland getting here?" He asks.
"Tonight I think."
"Alright. I guess we'll find out tonight then."
