just after breakfast*****

"What are we doing today?" I asked Ethan on the way back to the cabin to clean it. The boys were ahead like always just in case they need to get changed.

"Rock wall with Huckleberry," he starts, "Then we have the slide and the catapult system, finally we have Disc Golf."

I give a gross face to Disc Golf, and Ethan notices. "I'm guessing you don't like Disc Golf?" He asks.

I shook my head. I just didn't really understand it and it didn't really look that fun. I've also played it before and I hated it. I sucked so much that my cabin was trying to see how many points I could lose by.

"It's okay, I'll stay with you then. I do it enough through the summer so I think I can miss it once." He responds. I smile. We finally get to the cabin and the boys are all done.

"You guys can make your way to the rock wall while Riley gets ready and we clean our parts of the cabin." Ethan tells them. They start racing to the rock wall with Sirius following. We walk into the cabin and Ethan closes the door. He grabs my arm swinging me around and stops just so that our foreheads were almost touching.

"I don't know how I'm going to be able to live the rest of the summer without you. I don't even like not touching you for more than twenty minutes." He whispers. He then leans down and connects his lips with mine. He brings his hands to my thighs indicating as always to jump. He catches me and holds me by my butt. I bring my arms around his neck.

Our make-out session doesn't even last five minutes before I break it off breathing heavy. "We have rock wall. I really want to do it. Are you trained in rock wall?" I ask.

He nods. I smile and go to change my shirt because its hot outside. Ethan sees me looking through my bag for a shirt. He throws me a green shirt. Its his counselor shirt.

"You're getting me to wear this? Aren't people going to get suspicious on why I am wearing your shirt?" I ask really confused.

"We can just say that you needed to change shirts and you thought it was your normal green shirt but when you realized it was mine it was to late because we were running late." He says smirking as I put his shirt on.

We leave the cabin and run to the rock wall. Once we get there the boys are already going up the wall, so I start putting on the equipment. Once Ethan checked to make sure I was good we went over to an empty post to climb. Ethan got suited up and and gave me the rope to tie myself up. Once I was ready I asked the questions needed to be asked before I can climb. Ethan said he was ready and I started to climb.

Now I've never been the athletic type. Yea, I play some sports like ball hockey, baseball, and badminton but I have never been good at running or my upper body strength. So for the rock wall after half way of going up I get tired. It's been that way since they got the rock wall.

Half way up and I am starting to slow down. I look up to see what my next move would be. Then I look down. Big mistake. I have a fear of heights. It isn't to extreme. As you can tell I am doing the Rock wall so I must be okay. And I am. As long as I don't look down, but I always have had this thing that I will do things I shouldn't do. This would be one of them.  I look straight at where I am on the wall and try to control my breathing.

"You okay, Riley?" Ethan yelled up to where I am. Of course. Now I have to tell him another phobia of mine. He will probably tell me to come down and wont let me do anymore of this. I look down again but only focusing on Ethan.

"Yea, I will be okay. I just have a fear of heights." I tried to play it off as if it were nothing so he would let me keep going. Boy did I fail.

"Riley, why would you do this if you have a fear of heights? Shouldn't you know that your anxiety is going to get bad because of this fear?" He asks a little upset. Great.

"Yea I know. It's just that I have always done the rock wall even though I have a fear of heights. I also have a fear of heights when they are moving. So like roller coasters or a zip line, but last year I did the zip line. I have also done the high ropes and the adventure tower. The only thing I haven't done at this camp is the flying squirrel. I am probably always going to do this to myself because I like the rock wall and adventures ropes. I just have to calm down and keep going." I explain.

He looks at me and you could tell he sighed. He nods his head and I keep going.

After twenty minutes I get to the top of the rock wall and look down to Ethan.  I wave and he waves back. I am so happy with myself for getting to the top and for Ethan for not getting me to stop like I thought he was going to do.

Ethan lets me down slowly and unhooks me. I take my helmet off and hug him.

The leader for the rock wall tells us it's time to go to our next session, which for us is the slide and catapult system. The boys and I take off the equipment and run to the slide.
