November 14th / Saturday

I feel warmth around my body and shift a little so I can get closer to the thing it's radiating from. A pair of big hands are wrapping around me, pulling me closer to a firm object. I slowly open one eye then the other, but the bright sunlight blocks my sight and I close them again, rolling to the other side. A familiar scent hits my nose, causing a smile on my face as I inhale it gladly. The grip tightens, pulling me even closer and making the scent even more intoxicating than it already is. I slide my hands and hug the warm body. The object slightly vibrates from a loud groan.

I force my eyes to open and look up to see a sleeping David. I smile at his peaceful handsome face. I still don't understand how can this awesome guy fell for a nerdy, socially awkward person like me. I can't help myself and place a soft kiss on the crook of his neck. His chest vibrates again from the "mmm"-ing sound he makes and I chuckle at the result I got from my kiss. As I place another one a little bit higher on his neck, I feel his hands sliding on my back.

"Princess!" He whispers as my lips continue their trip towards his jaw. His morning voice sounds groggy, but I find it extremely sexy. I hear a loud sigh and lift my head, so I can look at him. He slowly opens his eyes and smiles when he sees me. "Good morning, beautiful!" He says, kissing my forehead. "Are you feeling better now?" He says, making me raise an eyebrow from the hint of worry in his voice.

"What do you..." I stop talking as the memories from last night start flooding my mind.

David, me, dinner. I quickly sit up in the bed, putting my face in my hands. The texts. I was so spaced out from the nice feeling of waking up next to David that I didn't even thought of what happened last night. I feel the tears burning my eyes as I remember the expression on his face when I told him about the previous messages. In just a few minutes it went from confusion to anger and finally - concern. I feel his hands wrapping around my body again in a tight, yet comforting warm hug. "I... I... I..." The words are stuck in my throat and they just don't want to come out, so I just hug him back.

"Princess, please don't cry! Everything is going to be all right." David quietly says, but I shake my head.

"Are... Are... you..." I stutter again.

"No, I'm not mad at you. I promise you that I'll take care of it. You're safe with me." He sighs. I lift my head of his chest to look at him. "But you have to promise me something too." He carefully wipes away the tears from my cheeks. "The next time you recieve a death threat, please don't hesitate and just tell me." He smiles and I nod.

"I promise." I say and he kisses my forehead. As he pulls back, stroking my hair, a weird thought runs into my mind. "Ummm... David?" I glance at him, furrowing my eyebrows. "Why am wearing your shirt?" He lets out a mischievous chuckle and grabs my head, turning it slowly so I can take a good look around. "Ummm... David, what am I doing in your room?"

"Last night after we left the restaurant you were very upset. Before you fell asleep in the car, you said that you wanted to spend the night with me, because you were afraid of being alone. You were so persistent that I had no choice, but to bring you here. After I called your parents of course." He says and pecks my lips, but I remain frozen.

"Did we...?" The expression on his face changes, making me immediately shut my mouth, not finishing the sentence. He gently grabs my shoulders, looking me straight in the eyes.

"Liza, I'm not like this and I thought you know it by now." I slowly nod, lowering my head, trying to hide my red cheeks. How could I even assume that David could take advantage of me? He lifts my head, placing his index finger under my chin. "I would never do such thing to you!" He says quietly and I let a sigh with relief.
