Lukes POV:
"Well, well! Who is this lucky girl?" My uncle says patting me on the back.
Oh god, here we go again...
"You never told me!" Nick protests.
I just smile and go over to my Aunt.
I give her a kiss on the cheek and ask,
"Will you be mad if I leave?"
"As long as you promise to introduce her to us," She says returning a kiss on my cheek.
I say goodbye to everyone and leave.
I reach our house and change my clothes. I put on a cap and wear my vans. I go out and ride my car towards the soccer stadium.
Some people are already sitting on the benches.
I sit on one of the benches before I realize someone calling my name.
I turn around to see Titia and Calum coming towards me.
"Hey?" I say surprised.
"What's up?" Calum asks.
"Um nothing much," I reply.
"How are you?" Titia asks.
"Good," I reply.
My face is still a bit surprised. They sit next to me and we wait for the game to start. First the other team comes out and than Araina's team.
She walks out and I notice that this is the first time that I see her in soccer clothes. Her hair is tied back in a ponytail with a headband to keep it back. She is number 7.
She still hasn't seen me I am guessing because she would return my smile to her.
The whistle blows.
Araina's POV:
I run towards the midfielder and get the ball from her, as I run with the ball towards the goal, I see Bailee and make a quick pass to her.
I run just close enough to her for her to make another pass to me, but she doesn't. The forward of the other team kicks the ball from under her feet and we lose the ball.
Thanks to Bailee we all start playing defense with only Molly and Ashley standing just in case as offense.
The game goes on like this with none of the teams scoring.
It finishes and we go back into the locker room.
"It's alright, I still believe that you can beat Westfield this year," our coach says as we sit down.
"We couldn't even beat Highland! How are we going to beat Westfield?" Molly says.
"It's cause of the extra practices," Claire mumbles.
"What?" Coach Reid almost shouts.
"Claire? Couldn't you keep your mouth shut for two minutes?" Bailee asks.
"Bailee! Explain to me now!" Coach shouts with furious eyes.
"We've...We've been having some extra practices..." Bailee whimpers.
"You had no right to do that! I know how much practice you need! All you did was disrespect me! All this means that my practices weren't good enough for you! Fine! If I am not a good enough Coach, than you better find someone else!" Coach storms out the door.
"He does have a point," Cara says.
"Look we all agreed to this, we have to make up for it," I exclaim.
"I agree," Molly says.
We all change and start going out of the locker rooms.
I go out towards the parking. I instantly notice Alec and my parents.
"Good job, honey," my dad says giving me a kiss on the cheek.
Alec hugs me and so does my mom.
"Let's go," my mom says.
"Some of my friends are here. I'll say hi and than come back," I say.
"Okay than, but be back soon," my mom says.
I nod and go. They start talking with some of the other families there.
I walk around the parking till I spot Titia's blonde hair tied up in a ponytail.
Luke and Calum are standing next to her and they are talking.
