2 Weeks Later

     Okay Hunter is a grade above me, so he is a freshman in high school. Brandon is a grade below me, so he is in seventh grade. And Ashton is in fifth grade. Well, the past 2 weeks, me and Hunter have been texting. You're probably thinking "Wow you're gonna talk to Hunter and not Jacob?". Jacob is still grounded so I can't really talk to him and since I have no one else to text I just text him.
Don't worry. We are just friends.
And I talk to Jacob at school.

     It's Friday night two weeks after Chloe and I met the Rowland's. After I got home from school, I had nothing to do so I just watched YouTube videos and Netflix until I eventually fell asleep around 10:30 PM.

     The next morning I woke up to a text from Hunter.
"Hey!!" The text read.
"Hi. Why the exclamation marks?" I texted back.
"Do you want to go to the park? I really wanna go but Brandon and Ashton don't want to go with me :("
"Oh, sure I'll go! What time?"
"About 30 minutes? I'll come to your house."
"Sounds good!"

     I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs for breakfast! I had to hurry and get ready! I quickly ate a bowl of Lucky Charms and sprinted back to my room to get dressed. I just put on a hoodie with dark blue jeans and my black vans. Then I went to my bathroom and threw my hair up into a messy bun. I then just threw on some mascara and a little bit of foundation.
     By the time I was ready, I heard a knock at my front door. I walked downstairs and opened it.
"Are you ready?!" Hunter exclaimed.
"Totally!" I shouted.
"Can Jacob go?" Hunter asked.
"No, he's still grounded." I told him.
"Well did you ask him?" Hunter asked me.
"No... but I know he won't be able to." I said with a smirk on my face.
"Alright then let's go. I'll race you!" Hunter said just before he sprinted out of my driveway down the sidewalk.
"Hey wait up!" I shouted as I ran after him.

At the end of our street Hunter finally stopped and waited for me.
"Jerk!" I shouted to him as I finally caught up to him.
"Haha you don't go very fast," Hunter admitted.
"Whatever," I replied as I started walking again.

When we eventually made it to the park, me and Hunter walked to the swings and sat down. We just swung quietly and watched a few little kids run around the slides and monkey bars. Ten minutes after swinging we decided to walk around the trails behind the park. After about an hour of being there we headed home.
     Hunter and I turned the corner of a street right by our houses. We looked both ways before crossing the road, and I walked in front of Hunter. Suddenly a black mustang came zooming around the corner of the street we were walking to. Hunter saw it before me and shoved me to the side walk and fell down with me.
     I stood up just realizing that he pretty much saved my life. He stood up right after me and looked at me in the eyes.
"You- you saved my life!" I said trying not to blush.
"I'm a superhero! That's what I do!" Hunter answered sarcastically.
"You are ridiculous!" I told him right before walking with him again.

    The rest of the day I just hung out with Chloe inside. We played a few board games and watched a horror movie on Netflix. Around 10 PM I decided to go to my room and try to fall asleep.
  
    *Knock* *knock* *knock*

     That's what I heard. At 11:30 PM. Who would be at my house this late at night? I walked downstairs and opened the front door.
     Jacob. Why does he always come to my house at night?

"Hey Jacob... what are you doing here?" I asked.
"My parents don't know I'm out of the house and I have to tell you something," he answered.
"At 11:30? Can't it wait until tomorrow or Monday?" I asked in confusion.
"No, this is something really important," Jacob explained, "my fans don't even know this yet, and they won't find out until Monday, but I can't wait to tell you,"
"Spit it out Jacob," I told him.
"I'm- I'm going on tour for my new album 'Last Text'," he said with his head facing the floor.
"Where are you going?" I wondered.
"It's a world tour, so I'm going around the US, Europe, and Australia," he explained.
"Oh," I sighed, "I will ask my mom if I can go with you!"
"My parents already said no and my managers don't want any other special guests going with me," Jacob said.
"When are you leaving?"
"The middle of March,"
"But it's the end of February," I told him.
"I know. I need to go now before my parents catch me out of the house," Jacob said.
"Okay, well I'll see you soon."
"Bye," Jacob mumbled as he walked back to him house.

     Tour? I am really gonna miss him when he's gone.
