"Then leave!" I shouted.
"Fine, I will!" Jacob shouted back, grabbing his things.
"Don't bother coming back, either!" I exclaimed.
"Trust me, I won't!" He stomped out the door, slamming it behind him.

One Day Earlier

"Good morning sunshine," Jacob whispered in my ear, causing me to wake up from my slumber.
"Jacob? You're awake before me?" I asked in shock.
"Yeah, I actually woke up first!" He exclaimed.
"I'm actually really surprised? What time is it, though?" I sat up.
"It's uhh...," Jacob paused to turn around and look at the clock, "9:56."
"Oh, it's not too late," I walked to the bathroom to brush my hair, "what are you going to do today?"
"Well I'm going to the studio at 11, then I'll probably just stay in town for a bit," he explained.
"Alright, I'll probably just stay here. You know... clean up the place," I replied.
"Sounds good," he said before walking to the kitchen.

     It's December 23, so Christmas is in two days, and I have no idea what to get Jacob. And I have no idea what he is going to get me.
     The past two months Jacob has been really busy, and we haven't been able to spend time together, but I know that his new music will be really good so I understand why he is always gone. I mean, even though we don't see each other as much we are still really happy together.

"Oooh, whatcha makin?" Jacob slithered over to me in the kitchen.
"French toast," I said as I flipped over a slice of bread in the skillet.
"Looks good," he grabbed the carton of milk from the fridge, "I can have some, right?"
"Hmmm... maybe," I giggled before I took a bite out of the one I just made.
"Pleeaassseee!!" He whined.
"I'm kidding, there's some over there," I told him, pointing to a plate on the counter.
"Yay!" He exclaimed, running towards the counter.
"You're welcome," I laughed.
"Thank you," he said before taking a bite out of one, "yummy!"
"You are so childish," I told him.
"I know," he laughed.

10 PM. It's 10 PM and I'm in the apartment. Alone. Jacob still isn't back. Where could he possibly be?
I was sitting on the couch in the living room when I heard the apartment door open.
"Jacob?" I shouted.
"Heyyyy," I heard Jacob slur as he slowly walked into the apartment.
"What is wrong with you?" I asked him.
"Ohhhh notthingggg daaarrlingg," he stumbled over to me.
"Are you drunk?" I stood up and walked over to him.
"Nooooo! Why would I be drunk?!" He yelled.
"Go to bed Jacob. I know you're drunk!" I said, grabbing his sleeve and pulling him to the bedroom.
"I was just havin' a little fun!" He exclaimed, plopping down on the bed.
"Well you're only 19, so it's illegal! Why would you do this? Who were you with?" I yelled at him.
"My friends..." he told me, "actually my girlfriend and her friend!"
"Your GIRLFRIEND?!" I shouted, "who is your girlfriend?"
"Katherine! Oh me and her had so much fun earlier!" He smiled as he pulled the covers over himself.
"What...?" I mumbled with tears in my eyes.
"You heard me. Now goodnight!" He said.

I walked out of the bedroom and shut the door behind me. Who was Katherine? Was he cheating on me with her? What did he do tonight?

The Next Morning

Last night I slept on the couch in the living room because I just couldn't be in the same room with him. I woke up around 9:30, so I just sat up and watched TV.
At about 10:20 Jacob came out of the bedroom and sat down next to me.
"Hey sweety," he said, running his fingers through my hair.
"Get off," I mumbled.
"What?" He asked.
"I said get off!" I raised my voice and stood up.
"What are you doing?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
"What were you doing last night?!" I yelled.
"I went to an old friend's house for a party," he said.
"Katherine's party?" I cocked my hip.
"How do you know Katherine?" He asked.
"Well last night you came home drunk, and you told me that you were with your girlfriend Katherine....," I told him.
"No me and her are just friends!" He admitted.
"Then why did you call her your girlfriend and say that you had 'so much fun with her'," I asked.
"I don't know Sierra. I was drunk! I'm sorry, I really am!" Jacob said before his phone rang.
"You gonna answer that? It's probably Katherine!" I exclaimed.
"Um...," he said, just sitting there.
"Oh for crying out loud!" I shouted as I grabbed his phone and answered it. From the other end I heard "oh hi Jacob! Last night was a blast wasn't it? Awe I just miss you!".
"This isn't what it sounds like!" Jacob said, walking over to me.
"Then what is it?" I asked, hanging up the phone and walking away from him.
"I- I don't know...." he mumbled.
"Yeah, sure Jacob," a tear fell down my face.
"If you don't believe me then I'm just gonna go for a bit," Jacob said as he grabbed his coat and headed to the door.
"Fine, just go then!" I shouted.
"Already doing that!" He shouted back as he closed the door behind him.

      Just after he shut the door, I started balling my eyes out. I love Jacob with all of my heart! Why would he do this to me?
     The rest of the day I just hung around the apartment doing nothing, while Jacob was still gone probably seeing this Katherine girl.

     At 9 PM he finally decided to come back.

"Hello Jacob," I said slowly as he walked into the apartment.
"Why do you always get in a bad mood when you suspect something?" He asked in a bad tone.
"Cause I'm not suspecting anything! I know you cheated on me with her!" I raised my voice.
"Whatever," he mumbled.
"And I'm sure you would much rather be with her right now than me!" I exclaimed.
"Yeah, at this point I would!" He said.
"Then leave!" I shouted.
"Fine, I will!" Jacob shouted back, grabbing his things.
"Don't bother coming back, either!" I exclaimed.
