Castle on the hill.

Noong highschool, sobrang close namin as one section. I was a transferee noon sa Rexford nung grade 8 kaya't hindi pa ako ganon ka intact sa kanila. But my classmates are such a good people. Noong grade 9, may mga classmates kaming nawala. Pero meron namang dumagdag. That was the time when we became a stronger family. Wala nang plastikan because we're brave enough to tell each other's wrongs. To give them the right to correct it. Until nag grade 10 at mas naging solid pa kami.

Kaya nung nagmoving up kami, sobra sobra ang naging iyak ko. Three weeks before the ceremony, napaiyak na ko ng kantang Castle On The Hill ni Ed Sheeran. Saka Sad Song ng We the Kings. Its weird for the others because they dont understand how much I value my friends. Sila ang takbuhan ko sa panahong may problema akong personal. Kahit hindi ko sinasabi sa kanila yung problemang dinadala ko, andyan sila to cheer me up. Making me forget it for a while to unwind and think.

"Where are we going?" tanong ko kay Ziex.

"Castle on the hill."

Inirapan ko lang si Ziex habang nakangiti.

He laughed. He's currently driving and I dont know where we're going. Sumandal nalang ako ng maayos. Bahala na sya sa buhay nya kung saan nya ko dadalhin. But I wish he wont bring me some place that I hate, my real home.

"Hey sleepy head. Wake up."

Nakaramdam ako ng mahigpit na pagpisil sa ilong ko kaya agad kong hinampas iyon.

I fixed my hair a bit saka inayos ang damit ko't itinanggal ang seatbelt ko.

Lumabas si Ziex at pinagbuksan ako ng pinto. Pagkalabas namin, bumagsak ang panga ko.

We're in front a club.

Namamewang ako at nilingon si Ziex.

"Seriously? Party in 3 of the afternoon. Are you crazy?!"

Ziex laughed. "You'll be with me at 7."

I rolled my eyes and bit my lip. The last party I had, I mean a real party where I was wild young and free was in highschool. Sa promenade.

Ah, memories.

But wait, "Dont tell me hindi ka sasama?"

He smiled. "Meet some other guys. Someone is waiting for you inside either."

Sinamaan ko sya ng tingin. "How could you do that to me?"

He laughed. "What?"

"Are you setting me up on someone?"

Umiling sya. "Kung iseset up kita, Ill set you up on a date to myself. Hindi kita ipapamigay no."

"Then who is waiting for me inside?"

"Just go and see."

I rolled my eyes. "Whatever." tamad kong sambit ang pumasok sa loob.

A dark room with a disco lights surrounded me. Malakas ang music sa paligid at masikip dahil ang daming tumatalon at pumaparty.
