Dan cut the engine as he parked outside my school. I was sat in the back, squished in between Will and Kyle. Kyle opened the door and got out so I could get out. He held the door open whilst I climbed out of the car, throwing my rucksack over my shoulders.

I was extremely nervous to go to school today because of the events of yesterday. I didn't want to face Robbie or anyone else that witnessed me fainting or crying.

Surprisingly everyone got out of the car.

"What are you guys doing?" I laughed.

"Saying bye, what else would we be doing?" Woody laughed.

"Okay..." I laughed.

"Bye Lilypad have a nice day" Kyle brought me into a big bear his and squeezed me tightly.

"Bye Catman" I laughed.

I walked over to the other side of the car and wrapped my arms around Will's waist.

"Bye Willy" I laughed.

"Bye Lily" he chuckled. "Hey! That rhymed!"

I laughed and walked over to Woody.

"Bye Woodster" I smiled as Woody wrapped me in a brotherly hug.

"Bye Lil" he chuckled.

"No goodbye for me?" Dan said as he put his hand on his chest and pretended to look hurt.

I laughed and ran up to him, wrapping my arms around his neck and burying my head in his shoulder.

"Bye Danny" I laughed.

Dan stayed silent as he wrapped his arms around me.

"No goodbye for me?" I said, mimicking Dan.

"Oh, I'm coming with you" he laughed.

"Okay... Why?"

"After yesterday, I just want to make sure you're okay" he smiled.

"Alright then, but I'm fine" my smile didn't reach my eyes.

"Whatever" he smiled linking his arm in mine. "I'll be back in a second guys" Dan called out as the guys were getting back into the car.

"Okay!" Woody called back.

"Bye Lily!" they shouted.

"Bye!" I shouted back.

"Let's go" Dan smiled.

I smiled at him and we started to walk towards the school gates.

My heartbeat increased as heads turned our way. Dan pulled his good over his head and looked down.

We soon reached the gates and I turned to Dan. He held tighter on to my arm and pulled me along with him.

"Dan? Where are we going?" I whispered.

"To the office" he replied, glancing towards me.

"Why?"

"Just... Come" he chuckled.

I nodded and we headed towards the office. Dan stopped and waved at someone. I looked up and saw Kate walking over to us.

"Hi guys" she smiled.

"Hey Kate, I just wondered if you could keep an eye on Lily for today, make sure that Robbie doesn't come near her or at least that he's nice to her?" Dan asked.

"Of course" she smiled.

"Thanks" Dan smiled.

Dan turned round and I stared at him confused.
