Two lands, one dream.
One with the murder,
One without him,
Choose carefully, reader,
Because if you choose wrong,
All you've gone through,
Will be long gone...

The words kept on haunting your mind. Dark had left half an hour ago, and you were sitting against the wall with your face in your hands. What are you gonna do now? Tears rolled down your cheeks as the fear struck you. You missed Mark and the others. You heard a bird chirping in the back of your mind as your eyes slowly closed...

The sound of a waterfall woke you up. "Jeez, Y/N, are you really that sleepy? That's the second time already!" Felix said. "S-sorry guys... I haven't really slept last night..." you lied. "Oh, okay then" he said. "Are you alright, Y/N? You look like you've seen a ghost that pooped cupcakes!" Ellen said. 'I imagine that would look weird...' you think. "N-no, just sleepy..." you lied again. In the shadows of the twisted trees was the Thing that had been haunting you, staring at you from the darkness.

You and the others walk through the woods, amazed of it's beauty. Although you knew there was something off. The others were just not... Themselves. Perhaps this is the dream? I mean, it would make sense. It looks all wibbly wobbly, your friends act weird, and Mark is nowhere to be found. Then you heard the bird chirping again. You struggled to stay awake: the other world was a living nightmare. This one was like a dream. Your eyelids became heavy, and your legs couldn't hold your weight any longer. You fall to the ground and bump your head against a big rock, then your view goes black.

You shiver as you feel a cold wind brushing against your skin. You open your eyes to see a very familiar place. It was your old home. And it was not. The house was there, but the rest of the landscape was empty, just a dead and grey field to match the dark sky. The house looked abandoned and empty, as if no one had been there for centuries. The windows had been sealed with wood, and the door had been torn to shreds, like in a horror movie. You step closer, afraid, but also curious. Was everything still inside? You walk in, the door step creaking. You look around. It was like you remembered, but older. You walk around the house, finding everything as it used to be. The roof was leaking and the windows broken, but other then that the house seemed okay. You walk upstairs, seeing if everything there was the same as well. You check the bathroom before walking towards your parent's bedroom. There seemed to be something, or someone, in the bed. You step back, scared. You walk to your own room, where there wasn't anything weird. The closet was still there, but it was, except for some spider webs, empty. You felt the cold breeze of the wind outside coming through cracks in the wall and the broken windows. You walk back to the bed in your parent's room. It looked like there was a stain on the blanket, but it's color had faded away. You decide to pull away the blanket to see what was under it, only to reveal two corpses: your parents. You step back, hands over your mouth, and ready to run/puke. The corpses didn't move. They were just, there... Their skin was shred to pieces and at some parts their bones could be seen. They looked like they had been in an accident and then got burned. Oh wait, they did... You step away from the horror scene, ready to run out of the house and as far away from it as possible.
