You look at the shiny black object in the hands of the girl in front of you. One pull at the trigger and you'd be dead. Your eyes move over to the lifeless body on the steps below you. A moment ago it had been so full of life...
Katie kept staring at you, breathing heavily. You look at her, fear and sadness filling up your body. Her insanity had driven her far enough to kill the guy she fancied, and it was clear she definetly wasn't going to hesitate on shooting you too. Small drops of sweat covered her forehead and rolled down her pretty face to her slim neck. Her teeth were clenched and her finger rested on the trigger. You didn't know what to do, mixed emotions driving you crazy. "If I can't get him, no one can." Katie suddenly said, breaking the silence. "What are you talking about?" You ask in a shaky voice, not really knowing what else to say. "Oh, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Mark still liked you, no matter what I tried. Every time I was alone with him he kept talking about you. I figured it would be better if both of you were dead." Katie says as if it was a normal thing to kill people after they broke your heart. She then smiled like a maniac and pointed the gun at your head, then at your chest, and then your stomache. "I have three bullets left." She said, pointing the gun at your head, chest and stomache again.
One.
Two.
Three.
You closed your eyes, ready to feel the pain rip through your body.

BANG.
One.
A scream.

BANG.
Two.
The sound of flesh being torn apart.

BANG.
Three.
The laugh of someone who had lost their sanity a long time ago.

But the pain didn't come. Were you dead? You opened your eyes to see Katie, laying on the ground in a puddle of blood, gun still in her hand. What happened? You looked through the room. You, at the top of the stairs. Mark, killed by a girl he trusted, on the steps. Katie, the psycho killer no one expected, dead on the floor. And there were more. Three more dead bodies. Sean, Felix, and Ellen. All with bullet holes right in their foreheads.

Oh damn I literally killed off myself in a book. How ironic. XD

Now, you might be wondering how this all happened, and how Katie died.
