Ellen's POV

"Y/n, no peaking!" I said leading y/n into the living room, covering her eyes with my hand. Once there, I removed my hand and she opened her eyes. Everyone yelled, "Surprise!" And I was surprised to see Ethan there. "We just wanted to thank you for saving us." Mark said. Then everything stopped. It was just me and him. He look gorgeous as always. He was getting closer. And just as we were about to kiss- "Ellen, Ellen?" Mark said, driving me out of my daydream. "Are you ok?" He asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." I said. "Ok, you looked a little loopy." He said. Then the doorbell rang. "I got it!" I yelled, running to the door, almost tripping over Chica. I opened the door to reveal a girl with long dark brown hair, golden highlights, river blue eyes, and a small smile. She was wearing short jean shorts and a tie dye t-shirt. She was half an inch taller than Mark. "Is Mark here?" She asked. "Yeah, I'll get him." I closed the door a bit and yelled, "MARK, SOMEONE IS HERE FOR YOU!" I reopened the door and smiled. She looked a bit startled. Mark came to the door. "Hey, Ella! Did you have a good flight?" He asked. "Yeah, Delta gave me free cookies." She said with a smile. "Well, your just in time." He said gesturing her to come in. I closed the door and hurried to catch up with them. "Hey Ethan, Tyler, Sean, Felix." She said waving to them. "Hi." Ethan said. Tyler just looked at her. Sean was stuffing a plate of cookies into his mouth. " Sean, I just baked those!" I yelled. Charging at him. Felix was laughing in the corner. "Ellen, this is Ella. She came all the way from New Jersey." He said. "Hi." I said. "Where's y/n?" Mark asked. "She went to go get Dark." Tyler said blankly. I pulled Mark aside. " how come I've never me her but the others did?" I asked. "She's an old friend, she comes up for the holidays and this Christmas she couldn't make it." He said. Y/n walked in the room with Dark. "Hey y/n, this is Ella." Mark said. "Hey." She said, waving. "Hey y/n, hey Dark!" She said, waving back. "Are we going to get this party started, or what?!" Felix yelled. We danced, played games, I yelled at Sean for eating another plate of cookies. I started talking with Ella.  "I still can't believe how short Mark is." She said. "I heard that." Mark pouted. "I fell on the ground laughing. I learned new things about Ella like how she has a YouTube channel where she draws for a living and how she grew up with five brothers and sisters. Then,  as it got late, Ethan pulled me aside. He brought me into marks room. He kissed me and left. I was speechless. I walked out and sat on the couch, still saying nothing. Ella came over and sat next to me. "Ellen, are you ok? Your as red as a tomato." She asked worried. "Yeah. I'm fine." I said. "Ok. If you say so." She said starting to leave. "Wait." I said. She liked me in the eye. I stared for a few more seconds. "Were your eyes always green?" I asked. "They change between blue and green." She said like it was nothing. "How?" I asked. "I don't know. They just do." She said walking off. Once the Party was over, everyone cleaned up. Ethan winked at me and I blushed. Ella gave me a gave me a weird look. (I suck at endings so u can finish it if you want)

HA HA HA! I control everything now! Only in this chapter though. It is true that my eyes change color and I don't know why. I want to thank Ellen for making this all possible. Ok I'm done.
