I told my self out of the blue

Watching you from afar
Smiling at you behind a car
I couldn't hide this anymore

Walking towards you with smile
It feels like I'm walking a mile
But I couldn't stop this feeling
So I told you everything
You smiled after my speech
And suddenly my feelings got ditched
You told me that we'll be friends
So I smiled and walked away with the word 'friends'
