Chapter Nine.

Amy's Point of View:

     Waking up this morning was so different than when I woke up yesterday. No pounding head or bile in my throat, Only Marks arm around me and his slight snores as he peacefully sleeps. I pull away from his chest and try not to wake him but fail. "Morning Ames" He says with groggy morning voice. "Good morning" I pull away from him and get off the couch to put my sweater back on. He sits up and leaves his shirt on the ground but goes off to find a markiplier t shirt or something. As I leave the bathroom after washing my face and using the restroom Mark greets me with a kiss on the forehead. "What was that for?" I question going back to sit on the couch. "Just because" He says as he closes the bathroom door. "Knock knock! Marks car is outside and I'm assuming Amy is here too so I'm shouting and giving you guys plenty of warning" Ethan shouts as he slowly walks up to the loft. "Good morning bud. Why are you here so early?" I ask him as Mark exits the restroom. "I couldn't sleep so why not come in early" I nod my head and go to the pantry to grab food before going back and sitting on the couch. Ethan opens the curtain so we can all get a view of the sun that has just risen. "What time even is it?" I ask smelling myself and being grossed out. "Eh, Around seven thirty" Ethan replies and Mark walks around trying to pick up the office "Want me to take you back to your place to shower and freshen up?" Ethan offers. "I don't want to be a bother" I reply. "Oh trust me your not. I can pick up breakfast for all of us on my way back to the office. Win for all of us" He stands and grabs his keys and I follow. "See you in an hour Mark" I say wave goodbye as Ethan smiles at him.

     The drive to my apartment isn't more than ten minutes and its a nice drive. I eat the rest of my mini muffin as light music plays in the background and Ethan drives carefully. "You and Mark huh?" Ethan slows down at at a stop light. "Yep, Mark and I" I reply and put the paper to the muffin in my pocket. "I'm really happy for you guys and I think you two will be great for each other" He looks at me and smiles and I smile back "You also have mini bits of blueberry in your teeth" He laughs and I shriek folding the visor down and looking in the mirror to rub my teeth with the side of my finger. "Made you look" Ethan laughs and pulls away from the stop light. "Damn it Ethan!" I yell laughing as we pull onto the road to my building. 

     I do my usual thing. Brushing my teeth, Lightly curling my hair, and finally changing. todays outfit of choice is a hot pink crop top and white overalls with white converse fro shoes. I start the  coffee pot and its starts to brew while I take yesterdays makeup off and redo it. After makeups down my coffee is finished brewing and I get a peebles Ohio traveling mug and pour it almost to the top and fill the rest with creamer. Before leaving I tidy up my apartment, Not anything huge but things to make me feel like I did something. I sweep the wood and tile before vacuuming my large rug in the living room. Next I make my bed and put my spread of makeup back in its bag and place it beside my sinking the bathroom. I feel done so I grab my purse and look around realizing I need to straighten the pillows and fold the blanket on the couch. "Done, good job me" I laugh at myself before slipping my phone in my purse and walking out locking the door behind me. 

     Today feels like a classic L.A. day. Theres not a cloud in the sky and It's quite hot outside. All the windows are rolled down in my beat up prius and The Gorillaz are blasting through my stereo. I take a sip of my coffee at a red light and continue to belt out the lyrics of my favorite band probably annoying everyone at the red-light. 

      'Its a beautiful day in La people!" I jog up the stairs to the loft with a giant smile on my face before plopping down in my chair and spinning around a few times. I hear Ethan and Tyler laugh  before turning their chairs around to face the middle. "Why are you so happy Peebles?" Ethan asks and I sit my traveler on my desk and slide past the giant window with open arms. "Look how beautiful it is outside!" I yell happily and lean against the railing looking at it all. "It is a pretty day out" Kathryn says getting up and joining me to lean against the railing. I walk over to Mark who has his headphones on and is ignoring the conversation. I spin his chair around and take his headphones off laying them on his desk and pulling him up with me making him soon me around a few times. "Whats gotten into you Ames?" He questions and I have a huge smile on my face still. "I'm just really really happy" I reply still smiling. I make my way back over to my desk and turn to look out the window and finally acknowledge and allow myself to relax now that I'm in a place I'm happy with and people who make me happy. 

     I love how happy Amy is in this chapter. It makes me happy. It's sunday so I have school tomorrow so I went ahead and update early. I's about 7:15 here and I usually don't update until around midnight but I thought sleep may be needed tonight. I hope you enjoyed this read.     xxParks
