Chapter Eleven.

Amy's Point of View:

     Ethan, Mark, Kathryn and I got to the office early the morning after Tyler's date to see him as soon as he got there to ask lots of questions and hear about how it went. We aren't really working at the moment but lounging around waiting for him to show up. 

     "Amy you're really cute laying here with me" Mark says and I look up at him looking down at me "but only half my ass is on this couch and I'm starting to get numb" I laugh and move out from under his arm and the inside of the couch before getting up and walking over to my office chair with my blanket. Mark stands up but looks folded in half. "You good Mark?" Ethan asks walking out of the bathroom. "Couldn't be better" Mark squeaks and we hear the downstairs door open . We all look at each other with excited faces and Mark plops back down on the couch. Tyler's head appears walking up the stair way before seeing us and stopping in his tracks "Did I miss something?" He asks laughing before going over to his chair and plopping down. "Spill the tea on your and Eve's date" I say getting giddier by the second. He explains how he spilt noodles down his shirt at the food place and then walking slowly down the sidewalk to get to the beach. The room fills with awes as he tells us that he almost held her hand multiple times but being too scared before she held his hand. "You two are super cute!" Ethan squeaks making all of us laugh. "We got to the swings on the beach and she tried to teach me how to flip out of my swing but" Tyler gets interrupted by Kathryn. "Oh no" She prepares herself for whats coming next. "I fell on my back" He smiles "It made her laugh though so a sore backs nothing" He says finishing his story. We all talk about how sweet and pretty she was at Jane's and Tyler just added on with little cute things she did or said on the date last night. 

     I finish up importing the rest of Mark's videos from the SD card tapping my fingers getting frustrated with my lagging computer. The last bit of the last video gets imported and I raise my hands and pretend to shout as I spin in my chair having a silent celebration. Marks trying to come up with new games and challenges which makes him super stressed so we all know not to be too loud during planning day. I turn back facing my computer before putting my headphones back on and put an empty SD in the camera knowing if I don't do it now it won't happen. I hear footsteps crossing the room as I bob my head a little to another Gorillaz song before Mark's lips are met with mine in a small peck. He goes back to his desk and I spin around confused. "I needed a break" He says and I just nod my head turning back around. I make eye contact with Ethan at his desk before I'm fully turned and he silently pretends to throw up. I laugh and flip him off, Now spinning the rest of the way back. 

     "Guys lets call it a day" Tyler says standing from his chair. "Why it's only eight" Mark says confused. "I'm tired and I'm sure you guys have to be too" He stand and put my headphones by my keyboard before logging off and shutting down my computer. "I gotta go with Tyler on this one,Mark" I stand up yawning, grabbing my stuff. Soon we're all gathered by the door with phones and keys in hand. "How about we come in late tomorrow" Mark says and you can see the excitement on everyones faces "Lets say come in at one? We don't have any upcoming projects and we're up to date on video stuff so I don't see and issue with it" Mark says and we begin to walk out the door slightly afraid he'll change his mind last minute. We say our goodbyes standing on the sidewalk as Mark locks up the door. All of our friends leave and I wait to say goodnight to Mark. "Goodnight" I say pecking his lips as he holds my waist lightly. "Goodnight" He smiles going to his car as I go to mine before driving to my apartment. 

     It's amazing how a lush bath bomb and a candle can make you feel like a human again. I think to myself climbing into bed and closing my eyes. I'm almost asleep before a ding goes off on my phone and I pick it up to see. 

Mark<3: Goodnight Peebles

I smile to myself and clench my eyes shut trying to contain my smile. I reply with "Goodnight Markimoo" and plug my phone back up and falling asleep the happiest. 

Super short chapter, I apologize. I figure a short chapter is better than no chapter. I had every intention to write a super long a detailed chapter but I got overwhelmed with school ended up having two panic attacks.
