Chapter Forty Five.

Amy's Point of View:

     On November 15 at 1.36am a beautiful strawberry blond baby arrived. Eve did amazing and once all the nurses left and we were allowed back in she was already cracking jokes with us. Eve hasn't put her down since the nurses put her in Eve's arms and Tyler lays at the end of her bed taking it all in. "When are you guys going to be released?" Kathryn asks quietly, Standing by the top of Eve's bed. "Well, She was three weeks early so they have to keep us for a few days just to make sure everything is a-ok" Eve tickles Blairs tummy with her finger "Just to be sure" Eve looks up at us smiling. Nurses have been coming in and out of the room since baby arrived just to check her and ask Eve a bunch of questions. The room is peaceful as Eve begins her recovery and Tyler begins to prepare for the new world he's just entered into.

     "Would you guys like to hold her?" Eve looks at us spread around the room. I nod my head and Tyler picks Blair up and places her little body in my arms. I rock her gently so she doesn't fuss and look at her squishy face. Her skin is fair, Resembling Eve's and her hair is blonde with a hint of red behind it "Oh my gosh she's so squishy" I look down at her admiring but earn a few laughs from around the room. "I'm aunt Amy, Probably your weirdest aunt but I can teach you to be weird too and we can be weird together" I laugh and look around the room at the smiling faces "Ok, Someone else take her before I start to cry" I laugh and Ethan walks over to me, Sitting beside me. I place her in Ethan's arms and she squints open her little eyes "Hello little miss" He smiles down at her "Your eyes look like mud color right now but I heard that's normal" I rub my eyes trying to avoid the tears going down my cheeks. I look over to Eve and she has tears in her eyes too, At this point all of us probably do. "I'm Uncle Ethan" He laughs holding tears back "I know I look and sound twelve but I promise I'll take very good care of you when I babysit" He smiles down at her. "Who said you were babysitting?" Tyler jokes. "Shut up Tyler" The room laughs and Ethan passes her down the line to Kathryn. She doesn't say anything for a few seconds but stares at her, Taking it in. "Hi" She stifles a laugh "I promised myself I wouldn't cry" Blair wriggles her head around in Kathryn's arms making us laugh. "I'm Aunt Kathryn" She raises one hand to rub the tears out of her eyes before putting it back "I'll make sure you're sassy" Kathryn looks up to Eve and Tyler before looking back down to Blair "But not too sassy or I'll be in trouble with your parents" She laughs and looks to Mark "Would you like to hold her?" Marks eyes pop out larger and he looks to Tyler and Eve. "Can I?" He asks and they nod their head laughing "What if I break her?" We laugh again and wipe all of our tears away. "You won't break her love" I say smiling. Kathryn gently places Blair in Marks arms and you can see him tense up "I'm holding her" His nervousness turns into a smile "Holy shit she's beautiful" He loosens his arms and looks around the room, proud of himself "I mean shoot" He shakes his head a little "Holy shoot you're beautiful" The room laughs again "I'm Mark and I'm holding you" He smiles down at her. I look over to him and his huge smile before he looks up and makes eye contact with me, His smile growing. 

     "It's almost three am, You guys should go home and get some rest" Tyler whispers, Trying to keep Eve and Blair asleep. "Promise to keep us updated?" I whisper, Following the others to the door "The hospital is only ten minutes away, We can be here in no time" I turn around to face Tyler before walking out the door. "I promise, Amy" He puts a sturdy hand to my shoulder. I nod and begin to walk out the door to meet the others before another thought crosses my mind. "Tell Eve she did an amazing job and we're all proud of her" I turn around too quickly and run into Tyler's chest, Laughing. "I will" He puts his hands on my forearms before spinning me around "Get some rest" I turn around once more and wave goodbye to Eve and Blair, Even though their sleeping before walking out the door. "What took you so long?" Kathryn's the first to see me, Making the others turn around. "I wanted to say goodbye" I walk up beside Mark "I already love that little girl, So much" I wrap my arm around Mark's and look up at him smiling, He smiles back at me before pecking my lips. "Lets get home" Ethan begins to walk backwards "I'm exhausted" Kathryn follows him to the elevator and I wait a second and peck Mark's lips once more before following the others to the elevators. 

     It's amazing how you can love someone so much and they've been on this earth for less than 24 hours. I shut the light off in the bathroom before walking back into my room and closing the door behind me. "What are you doing in here?" I stand by my door and see Marks head pop out of the top of my blankets. "How did you see me?" He laughs and sits against my headboard. "Mark you're not exactly small" I laugh and walk over to my bed, hoping up on the side and getting under the blankets. "I'm offended" He looks down at me and holds a hand to his chest. "No you're not" I hold his hand and pull him down so he lays against me. I wrap his arm over me and feel his face nuzzle into my neck before kissing it a few times. The room goes quiet and Mark rubs his thumb over my stomach a few times before stopping, Assuming he's asleep. "Mark?" I roll over and face him, The streetlights shinning through my window and onto Mark's face. "Hmm?" He tries to open his eyes but closes them right after. "Will we ever have that?" I look up at him, hoping he'll open his eyes. "Yes" He kisses my forehead and pulls me closer to him "Someday" I nod my head into his chest and quickly fall into sleep.

This is a pre written chapter just because I had so many good ideas for this chapter I didn't want to forget them and to be completely honest I was excited to write this chapter. I can't wait to write about what their lives are going to become with a new little one involved.
