Chapter Seventeen.

Amy's Point of View:

     I get home after running through star bucks and getting a coffee because I can't go to bed at seven o clock. I change into short grey shorts and a matching grey crop top and put lots of blankets on my couch and make myself comfortable for the night. When I realize the remote is on the coffee table I stare at it for  a few seconds before realizing its not worth it and lay back and pull up instagram on my phone. 

     I jolt awake and sit up slowly wondering what woke me up. I hang my legs over the side of the couch and wrap the blanket over my head and wait for a second. I hear a  heavy knock on my door and fall back onto my couch and groan. "Amy open the door" The voice outside sounds familiar so I decide it may be worth it to get up. "Ethan please don't tell me you got someone pregnant" I lean the side of my head against the side of the open door. "What?" He asks with confusion. "Never mind, Why are you here?" I yawn and he lets himself in. "Mark sent me, Apparently he called but your phones probably dead so he sent me. Everyone else is already at the office waiting" He Says and plops down on the couch. I scratch the side of my head and nod my head before walking to my room and grabbing my camp jacket and phone charger. I remember that my purse is in the living room already as I walk out into the living room and slip all of my things into it. "Ready?" i ask standing beside the door. Ethan pops up with my phone in his hand "You probably need this" He tells me and I smile and thank him. I open the door and start to walk out before Ethan stops me and hands me my keys. I look at him funny before laughing "I think what you mean is 'What would I do without you Ethan, Thank you so much!" His voice goes high at the end and I lightly hit his shoulder. "Don't get too excited" I say and this time really walk out. 

     "Wanna listen to some tunes?" Ethan asks as he starts the car. "Of course I wanna listen to some jams" I turn the knob on the radio and 'Pose' starts playing. I gasp and look at Ethan, He copies my gasp and slaps his hands on his cheeks. I laugh at hims and turn the music up as we go the short distance to the office. 

      "Mark, What reason would you call us to the office at-" I pause to look at the clock on the wall going up the stairs "1am" I get to the top of the stairs and lean against the railing. "Told you she would be mad" Tyler says making Mark laugh. "Please enlighten me on why I'm not asleep right now" I say and plop on my back on the couch. "Ethan your job was to make her happy, What did you do" Kathryn asks. "She was happy. We were listening to music and singing and dancing the whole way here. She got mad when we pulled up and had to walk" He finishes his sentence and plops on is office chair. "The reason I have called you here today is a reason every single one of you is against but listen, Ill make it sound good" Mark says and you can see the excitement on his face "I found a house. it's a large house with five bedrooms and a large office style basement that I thought we could use for recording space. All of the bedroom are up stairs then the kitchen and living area is on the main floor. Are you guys interested?" He looks really hopeful and all of us are quiet. "Mark are we forgetting Eve's pregnant" Tyler says with a sort of duh tone. "It's completely up to you guys" Mark raises his hands. Ethan sighs loudly "I guess it would make things easier because we wouldn't have to always meet at the office for meetings and stuff" We shrug and I look around the room. "I'm up for it" Kathryn says and Mark raises his hands in the air excitedly. "I'm down" I say and he runs over to me and kisses me before standing back up and running around. I laugh at him and Ethan agrees. "Yes!" He screams and plops back down in his chair. "I swear Mark if the house is a piece of crap when we get there I'm quitting" Kathryn says. "Harsh" Tyler laughs "I can't move in right now because I have a very pregnant girlfriend but you guys know we'll be there all the time anyways" He says and we all nod and understand. "We move in in a month, I've already started packing" Mark says and we laugh and roll our eyes at him. "Ok, Thats all I needed. We're off tomorrow because It's saturday" Mark gets up and collects his things as well as the rest of us. "Ill take Ames home, Ethan" Mark says and I shrug before hugging Kathryn then Tyler then Ethan and walking out with Mark. 

Hey, I updated early. It's because I'm tired. Oops. I hope you guys liked even though I thought it was kinda sucky. I'm excited for where this book is going though and I hope you guys are too.
