I walked to the alter of the relic.

Before I picked it up, I glanced at the writing on the wall.

"'The power of the Queen of Shadows isn't here.

For her revival to happen she must use this weapon to the kill the key.

The key used by our rivals to seal her power.

Those wicked ones, those who claim to be of the light.

He must die at her hands.'"

I paused.

The two of them were long dead.

So was the item worthless?

Did I really come all this way for nothing?

I continued to read further.

I glanced back at the unusual bones that made up the floor of the entrance.
