Episode 119: Lunar Wolf

The white wolf took a step toward the red banner serving as door to the wooden hut.

Suddenly a plume of smoke covered it.

"Wait..."

"No, do you recognize me?" the wolf asked. Or should I say, the werewolf?

The half-naked young man from before stood in front of me.

"Now I do," I said, narrowing my eyes. "So you were a werewolf all this time. Uh, mind if I ask where the others are?"

"They're all being attended to in the infirmary. They've probably starting to wake up by now."

I sighed in relief.

"Come, I'll show you where they are."

I halted.

"Uh, why did you take the others there, but not me?"

He scatched his hair and stared at the colorful bead necklace on his neck. "Well, you were the less tired one. So I figured that you would be the first to wake and give me some answers." He turned around. "Just, who are you people?"

"We are natives of the world this moon orbits."

"Moon?" he asked. "What moon?"

"I guess that you don't see it this way, but your world is a moon to our world. This place orbits a planet."

He crossed his arms over his muscular chest. "So the legends are true."

"What legends?"
