Episode 93: Battle of the Twilight (???)

"Who's there?" a man who resembled me called out.

He had been sitting on the front porch, as if waiting for something.

"Long time no see, brother," I said, grinning as I summoned the black blade I had found at the ruins.

Rapidly he stood up.

"Ragna," he said, curling his hands into fists. "I knew that you would do this one day."

"Hmp. That's why you sealed your daughter's power away, wasn't it?"

"Yes. To shield her from people like you!"

I raised my sword at his neck.

"Well, break the seal or I'll kill you beloved brother."

He let out a cynical snicker. "Beloved? You don't love anyone. Not your wife, not me, not Jason, and not Olivia. You're just like our father."

Darkness shrouded my sword. "True. But I am to surpass him. But first it appears that I must do things the hard way."

Brother summoned a golden two-sided spear and blocked the sword. 

"You're good for a blind guy."

"I might be unable to see, but when it comes to what truly matters, I'm the one with the better sight!"

"Oh? You were always so self righteous." 

Sparks of light flew out of his sword. "And you always were so unrighteous."
