We had taken a an airplane that Thalia's dad had arranged for us back to the south.
It had already been two days since we arrived.
But this time we had landed on a tiny country made up of multiple islands.
The blue water sparkled in the sunlight.
The warmth of the sun was a gentle embrace.
"Feels so good," Elliot said.
He wore blue shorts and a red coat but no shirt, revealing his well sculpted abs.
He glanced away as soon as he noticed that I was staring.
"Stop gawking, perv," he said, raising the zipper on his coat."
"Feels like a great day to enjoy the beach," I said, glancing away myself.
"Sure does," Jason said, putting an arm around me.
He wore the same clothes as Elliot, except his coat was yellow.
It was my first time seeing Jason shirtless.
He managed to go from being a wimpy scrawny kid to a lean but masculism young adult.
My childhood friend chuckled.
"You got some sort of muscle fetish?"
"She does," Elliot responded.
"Where's Alex?" I asked.
"He's in his room. Said he rather not go out."
"Oh."
Well his skin was rather pale. Maybe he was afraid of sunburn?
