Episode 8: Darkness Magic (Olivia)

I attacked the dark mage.

Our spells clashed, sending eerie tendrils everywhere.

Several fellow dark mages were stabbed.

It was their fault for daring to sneak up on us. 

The two of us seized their magic.

As we did, our spells grew.

The remaining dark mages kept their distance.

While others attacked with all they had.

They probably figured that this was their best chance to stop us.

"You're good,"I complimented the goth girl

She grinned. "Same goes for you."

Her stilleto heels stabbed my leg as she summersaulted.

I covered my wound in shadows.

The darkness around me formed into large hands.

The girl landed a few feet away.

That was when the other dark mages took the chance.

They all attacked her at once.

She tried to escape their attacks but someone had trapped her.

"Anima Draco," chanted a boy.

A ghostly dragon emerged from the sleek gym floor.

The otherworld beast opened its gaping mouth.

The dark mages attacked the dragon, taking it down with ease.

The boy smiled victoriously.

The goth girl had managed to escape the group.

"Thanks, Ryan," she said, patting the boy's shoulder.

"No big deal," he said. 

His silver eyes narrowed.

"Now, let's take care of these cowards!"
