I'd wandered into the forest aimlessly until I arrived at lake glistening with light. Which was strange as this moon had no satellite of its own to reflect our star's light onto its surface at night. I wasn't even sure if such a body would be capable of doing so to begin with.
I gasped lightly as I saw a long haired woman in the lake water, humming a beautiful tune to herself. I couldn't help but smile at the sound of it. It reminded me a bit of a tune Jason and I used to sing as children.
"Are you going to continue to stare?" I heard my teacher say.
I stepped back as I realized that the voice was coming from the woman herself.
Xunlun chuckled. "Don't tell me that you confused me for a woman again. Perhaps I should cut my hair," he said as he slowly turned around.
"Wait, don't turn this way!" I said, covering my eyes.
"Ahhh, sorry. Though you must know that watching someone bathe is bad manners, if they are from the same sex."
