The next afternoon Jane and Casie agreed to cut their trip short and head home with me. I let Ben drive since he wasn't really good for anything else. I mean not only did I find out that he touched my WIFE inappropriately but he also let my two most prized possessions sneak out for hours without him knowing. Thinking about it made me angry again but for Jane's sake I wasn't going to say anything like she requested.

"Daddy, what did Mr.Puff think about the album?" Casie asked

"He approved everything so far. I just have a few more songs to work on and its done." I replied

"Can we hear some of what you have so far?" Casie asked

"Lucky for you have some of the tracks on my phone. Here you can pick what you wanna listen to first." I said hooking my aux cord into the stereo.

I watched Jane as she bobbed her head to the song. I could tell it was causing a rush of memories about how we were before and I was hoping that after what happened we could finally get back to that. Let you go started right after that and I studied her. She was looking down at her phone but I could see she was uncomfortable. For the first time she was hearing how she made me feel. How she was ripping me apart without even knowing it. The song had ended and I saw Jane quickly wipe a tear before it could hit her cheek.

"27 plane bounce?" Casie read out loud.

"What? Oh you mean 27." I replied."You should definitely play that one."

She did as I asked and played the song.

I watched Casie's face light up at the mention of her. She's one of the best things thats ever happen to me. The thought of having two more children just like her makes my heart full. I couldn't wait to get back so that we could get back to being the family that we once were.
