Chapter 52 - Survivor Series Pt.3

The rookies made their way to the restaurant at 6pm for Nikki's birthday dinner.

On the way there, everyone in the group of rookies that was in attendance wished her a happy birthday.

They got a table in the corner that was secluded, away from anyone else, so that they could celebrate in peace.

They ordered their food and, while they waited for it to come, talked at length about where Dean, Seth and Roman could be.

Paige Bevis- "Sami, did they leave any hints behind."

Sami Zayn- "Dean left a sign saying gone fishing but that's all."

Finn Balor- "They are big boys, they'll be fine, they'll come back."

Paige Bevis- "Last time Dean was gone, he was away for six months and we needed a police search of a desert to find him."

Finn Balor- "But now he's dating you, if you are dating him and paranoid he won't come back for you, then there is something wrong with that relationship."

Paige Bevis- "Our relationship is fine."

Becky Lynch- "You can understand where Finn is coming from though."

Nikki Bella- "We need to just forget about them for now and enjoy today, it's my birthday, this day should be about me and not where Dean, Seth and Roman are."

Sami Zayn- "You know, Nikki is right, we are sorry that we were taking attention away from you."

Nikki Bella- "Thank you, Sami. Now let's find something else to talk about."

The rookies got their food and drinks and started eating it together whilst they talked.

Meanwhile, in Indianapolis, Dean, Seth and Roman were in the locker room, getting their black gear on.

They had combat boots, cargo pants and black turtlenecks.

Seth Rollins- "The turtlenecks are pretty shit but we can get something new to replace it."

Dean Ambrose- "I am so ready for this."

John Cena came into the room.

John Cena- "Hey guys, just remember to leave me alone when you get to the ring."

Roman Reigns- "Don't worry, we know."

John Cena- "Also, don't be afraid to kick Ryback for real. He'd do the same thing to you guys."

Dean Ambrose- "We'll be sure to lay in a couple of stiff shots for you, John."

John winked and left the room.

Seth Rollins- "Can one of you guys look up to see if any news sources are saying we are at Survivor Series."

Roman Reigns- "Why can't you do it?"

Seth Rollins- "Dean threw my phone against a wall in the Trainer's room."

Dean Ambrose- "I actually did."

Roman Reigns- "Fine, I'll look it up."

After a quick Google search, Roman found nothing.

Roman Reigns- "Nothing is on the Internet about us debuting tonight."

Dean Ambrose- "Great, we are in the clear."

Dean Malenko then came into the room to give news of his own to the Shield.

Dean Malenko- "Vince wants to hide you three in a bus outside until it's time for the main event so get your bags and I'll lead you out there now."

The three guys grabbed their bags and went to a bus outside.

Dean Malenko- "Someone will come and get you guys before the main event starts and will take you to your spot."

Roman Reigns- "Cheers, man."

Dean Malenko left while the rookies stayed on the bus.

Seth Rollins- "This bus is so nice, I could get used to this."

Dean Ambrose- "When we have all won World Titles and are earning millions we can get one."

Back at the restaurant, in Florida, the trainees had finished up eating their meal.

Nikki Bella- "So where are we going after this?"

Sasha Banks- "We thought that all of us could go back to the apartments, to my room, and watch the Survivor Series pay-per-view."

Nikki Bella- "That sounds great, I'm so in."

Finn Balor- "There could be more special things back at the apartments."

Nikki Bella- "Then why are we still sitting around here? Let's get going."

The trainees got up from the table and made the short journey back to the apartments on foot.

Everything was set up in Sasha's room, just waiting for Nikki to step in and see it. There were some balloons, some banners and some presents all for Nikki.

Nikki Bella- "You guys are way too kind. This is awesome, thanks so much."

Nikki hugged everyone who was there and started opening her presents.

Finn Balor- "Survivor Series is starting in five minutes, Sasha, turn the Xbox on and get the network up."

Sasha put on Survivor Series while Nikki opened her presents.

Back in Indianapolis, The Shield had Survivor Series on while they were in their bus.

Dean Ambrose- "The show better be good and then we can cap it off with our huge debut."

Roman Reigns- "We can only hope."

The show went by and Dean was very disappointed, poor match after poor match went by until, finally it was just before the main event.

Seth Rollins- "It's time to save this shit show."

Roman Reigns- "Make a chicken salad out of chicken shit."

Dean Ambrose- "I really want chicken salad now."

Roman Reigns- "It's a figure of speech."

Dean Malenko opened the bus door.

Dean Malenko- "It's time, let's go lads."

Dean, Seth and Roman (with their hoods up and black masks on) followed Dean Malenko around the side of the building and in through a side door that was open for them. They went up two flights of stairs and got to the position they'd be running down from.

There was a line of security outside the doors they'd be running out and they had black curtains on either side of them.

Dean grabbed a bottle of water and slicked his hair back.

Seth Rollins- "You look ridiculous."

Dean Ambrose- "Bad guys have slicked back hair, man."

Dean Malenko stayed with them for ten minutes just asking the trio if they were ready, if they knew exactly what they were doing and assuring them they'd be fine and they'd do good.

Eventually he left them, as a three, with the walkie-talkie that they'd get the signal to go from.

They heard the noise of the crowd all around them as every move in the ring was hit to perfection.

Finally, it was time, the walkie-talkie beeped and the Shield heard the voice of their mentor, Paul Levesque.

Paul Levesque- "Ok guys, it's time, get ready to run as fast as you can down to the ring in ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, go!"
