"Bloody hell," Joe groaned as he slammed the door behind him.

You jumped at the sudden burst of sound and rounded the corner into the front room. Your eyes met a clearly angry glare from your boyfriend.

"What's the matter with you?" You asked as you watched him throw his leather jacket down on the couch.

"Don't bother," he mumbled in his thick accent.

"Oh come on, you're clearly upset about something," you said motioning to him as he stormed past you into the kitchen.

"I said, don't bother, so don't bloody bother," he said loudly, shooting you an angry look as he did so.

You raised your eyebrows as you stared back at him. His eyes stayed with yours for a moment, quietly studying your now cold expression before you shook your head.

"Fine, I won't," you said quietly as you turned on your heel.

Joe sighed, feeling even more angry at himself for pushing you out like that.

"No, (y/n), wait," he said as he hurried after you.

"No, Joe, just you know what? Don't bother," you said shooting him a sharp look while you picked up and put on his jacket and headed for the door.

"Come on, will you just calm down," he said in a soft voice now.

He reached out and grabbed your arm and you tried to pull away from him.

"Oh, really you want me to calm down?" You said, clearly anything but calm at this point.

"Yes, alright, will you just-"

"Just what?" You asked as your eyes locked with his.

He shook his head, at a loss for words, "Just-" he managed to spit out before he tugged your arm and pulled you into him.

His lips met yours in a surprisingly tender way that made you melt almost against your will. You wanted to remain with your walls up, but he was too good at tearing them down. He relaxed against you, letting the palm of his hand cup your cheek softly. He smiled against you at the softness of your skin and how warm your cheeks were from blushing. You jerked back, confused at the little smile on his face.

"What are you doing?" You asked.

"Apologizing," he whispered before he pressed a kiss to your forehead.

He pulled back to look at you, his eyes looking over you with clear adoration and you felt your stomach twist into those familiar knots only he could give you.

"I'm sorry," he said softly, "I'm just being stupid, that's all. Bad day, you know?"

You smiled at how sweet he looked and completely forgot why you were even mad.

He took his hand a brushed your hair behind your ear, his eyes sweeping over your face with an almost innocent glimmer. A smile made its way across your face as you looked up at him.

"You're too damn good, Strummer," you said with a smile as you draped your arms around his neck and let his hands cling to your waist.

A smirk formed on his lips as he rested his forehead on yours, "I know, that's why you love me, right?"

You laughed, and the sound made his heart swell in his chest, "And that's why I love you," he said just loud enough for you to hear him.

Your eyes met his, a little confused, but you understood when his lips met yours again.

Alright so #1 I'm terrible at updating and I'm SO SORRY for that because I love writing for you guys. I'm gonna do better, I promise.
And #2 I've had Rock The Casbah stuck in my head for over two weeks. Please send help. Joe Strummer's music is too catchy.
