This is my first ever fan fiction I have wrote so I'm kind of nervous. However, it's about time I got writing as I've been sitting with loads of plans and stuff but they never worked out so I'm just going to make it up as I write it.
Please give me feedback, anything you think I have done well or could improve on. If auto-correct messes the entire thing up, please mention it to me!

Gemma's POV
I stepped out of the shower and put on my traditional outfit: ripped shorts, t-shirt and converse. Not forgetting my beanie. Never forget the beanie.
I headed out to Starbucks to grab a mocha chino as I do every morning. I don't even order anymore, the staff see me and know exactly what I want.
It was raining heavily so I started to run. I live in London in a flat with my best friend, Sophie, who likes to be a goth on occasions. We are both as mad as a hatter and obsessed with YouTube - our favourite youtubers are danisnotonfire and AmazingPhil. I prefer Dan but Sophie prefers Phil, which is alright as we can date them in our heads without any arguing.
I suddenly was thrown to the ground by a solid object that certainly wasn't there yesterday.
"What the hell? Did I just run into a wall?" I thought to myself as I lay in the pouring rain on the pavement.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" said a voice from somewhere above me. I took the hand offered and pulled myself up.
"I'm fine, no need to worry. It's more my fault as I was runn..." I trailed off as I looked at who I had rather rudely ran into.
No way in the world was Daniel James Howell looking straight back at me.
