A/N: more revision. I haven't done my French essay or my history homework. And someone in my class is possibly going to get expelled for flicking ink at teachers numerous times and not owning up. What a life :)

(Sophie's POV)

*the next day*

I motioned Marcus and Alfie over from where they were by Gemma. I had told everyone to talk to her, or at least be by her so I could have some peace. Truthfully, I wanted to know about the Malfie anniversary.

"How was it?" I demand-whispered. Marcus grinned.

"Great, thanks," Marcus said, hugging me. I hugged back before turning to Alfie.

"In full detail, we had this fish-dish thing which was really posh. It had, like, things to squeeze the lemons with that were engraved and very posh lighting," Alfie said, shaking his head at the thought of us 'lowlys' going somewhere for the posh lot.

"I hope you didn't start a huge snogging scene," I grinned, pretending to be angry. They both blushed but shook their heads all the same.

"Well, when are you getting married?" I whined. They looked at me as though I as alien.

"Umm... We don't plan on getting married just yet," Marcus said slowly. "We've only been going out a year."

"Still," I muttered, pouting sadly. "Are you going to tell everyone yet? We are all your friends."

"Maybe," Alfie said, sounding doubtful.

"That's a yes!" I squealed, turning to everyone. I gave them one last glance. Marcus glanced at Alfie, shrugged before nodding.

"DING, DING, DING!" I yelled, not having a glass to tap a fork against. People chuckled and looked at me.

Raising myself as high as I could without hovering over my bed, I declared, "Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present a huge, happy declaration of... HAHAHA I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU!" I fell onto my bed, laughing hysterically before sitting up again.

"No," I started again. "I think this is really sweet. I'm so happy it's true, and I'm sure you all will be too. That rhymed."

"What?" Phil demanded, getting impatient like everyone else. Apart from Gemma, who was looking between the three of us like a goldfish, eyes and mouth wide open.

I glanced at Marcus and raised an eyebrow, looking between him and Alfie. He shrugged, before kissing Alfie.

Wolf whistles and squeals, cat calls and applause filled our joint-hospital room. When they finally pulled away for air, Dan joked, "Gosh, I nearly pressed the emergency button for two non-breathing casualties of lo- lust," he ended with a wink, changing to the sexual side of things, typically.

"Dan," Gemma scolded him gently, hitting him lightly on the arm. "Be nice."

"Did you know about this?" Dan questioned, looking at her calm face.

"Yep, they weren't exactly subtle in their hiding of the relationship," she sniggered.

Everyone but Marcus, Alfie and I looked at her in confusion. I glanced over to see Alfie and Marcus bright red in the face.

"Sophie found them eating each other's throats in our kitchen," Gemma giggled. "They were so deep in, they had practically switched heads."

Everyone burst out laughing, including myself, as Alfie and Marcus groaned and hid their faces in their hands. I patted them on the back in 'comfort'.
