Chapter 34

(Gemma's POV)

We all walked to the underground as Dan took to twitter to ask if anyone wanted to meet up.

As we were at the ticket station, Caspar replied saying that Joe was out, so we could come over if we wanted.

"Do you want to go see Caspar?" Dan asked us.

I nodded eagerly. "Please, I met this nurse who was looking after us, and I promised I'd get at least two YouTubers to give her a call in exchange for more food."

Dan laughed but agreed and we directed ourselves to Caspars house.

I rapped firmly on the door with my knuckles as we waited for him to reply. It took sixteen seconds (I counted) for Caspar to swing the door open, smiling brightly at us.

"Hey, come in," he greeted, stepping back to allow us to come in.

We talked and ate for about an hour before Caspar proposed we went outside to vlog or something.

"What's outside? I haven't heard of that before," Sophie joked.

We giggled (sorry, I giggled, the men LAUGHED IN A VERY MASCULINE WAY) but headed out with our cameras to do a review of the shops.

We ended up, after filming and getting thrown out of a total of three shops, in a park. I sat on Dan's lap because there wasn't enough room on the bench.

I made Caspar ring Mia, and put her on speakerphone so we could all hear.

"Hello?" Mia said.

"Hey, is this Mia?" Caspar asked.

"It is," she said cautiously.

"I'm not sure if you know me, but I'm called Caspar Lee and I was given strict orders to call you. So, hi, I've called you, nice to meet-but-not-meet-you."

We were met with a short silence followed by a small squeal. "Oh my god, are you really?" Mia asked excitedly.

"Of course not, I'm Bob the builder, whoever he is," Caspar rolled his eyes while smiling nevertheless.

"Hey, it's so nice to meet you, if you know what I mean," Mia breathed out.

At that point we got bored, and carried on chatting, leaving Caspar to his little conversation.

It was at least twenty minutes before he hung up. "Finally!" I exclaimed. "Do you like her or something?"

"She might be a friend, but she's a fan I don't know. You decide."

"Stop being pessimistic, Mr. Lee. It's all about the fun and games," Sophie scolded jokingly as we stood up to leave the park.

Just as we were leaving the park, we saw Gaby walk past nearby with a tall, dark man near her.

I immediately paused, wondering if she was in danger before she stopped and turned around. She saw this man and smiled, walking to him and laying a hand on his arm.

She whispered something, before kissing him.

Straight away, I looked at Caspar, worried.

His face was like thunder. It was clear that he was furious and hurt at the same time.
