A/N: I've just got back from a dog show and I'm absolutely knackered, so I don't plan on doing anything productive for a while. Except more homework. And more revision. Groan.

(Gemma's POV)

"Sophie?" I croaked, desperately. The doctors flew back into action while others looked shocked. Phil was pushed away from her as they placed needles under her skin.

"You are extremely lucky," a doctor explained to us. "She was dead, and only 0.08% of people wake up in the way she did."

I nodded, before flinging myself at Phil and giving him a huge bear hug. "Thank you, thank you so, so much," I whispered.

"I'm just glad she's awake," Phil said quietly, returning the hug.

"Me too," I said, letting him go. I saw Dan watching him closely, and I cocked my head at him in confusion upon seeing his facial expression. It was like he was... Angry? No...

"What's wrong?" I asked him, leaning into his chest and looking up at him. Even though I was very tall for a girl at 5'11", he still was about four inches taller than me.

Dan blushed. "Nothing," he muttered.

"Wait... Are you jealous?" I asked, grinning at him. He blushed even harder and I giggled loudly, making people stare at me in confusion. After all, my best friend had just died, and I was standing in the same room, laughing.

"No?" Dan said. I hugged him and kissed his cheek.

"Sure, sure," I teased him, walking back over to Sophie. She was asleep, but the doctors said that she was fine, and most likely would not die again. Good, I thought, I don't need to have a heart attack from worry and be dead alongside her.

"Miss Danvers," a voice said. It was an old man, and the people around me burst out laughing.

"Sophie sung a song about starvation to him," Alfie whispered in my ear. I giggled.

"Miss Danvers!" The doctor yelled at me.

"Yes?" I said, batting my eyelashes at him.

"Why did you remove your medication?" He barked.

"What medication?" I asked, playing dumb. It might have been better if I was blonde, but oh well.

"The medication that gave you nutrients!"

"Like from food?" I asked, a plan forming in my mind.

"Yes!" He snapped.

"Well... It clearly wasn't working because...

Oh, doctor, oh, doctor,

Please let me eat,

This starvation is making,

Me feel so weak.

Oh, doctor, oh, doctor,

What can we do?

You're acting like a big poo,

Not letting me eat,

Even a scrap of meat,

How very cruel of you.

Oh, doctor, oh, doctor,

Please let me eat,

This starvation is making,

Me feel so weak.

Oh, doctor, oh, doctor,
