"Yay they won!!" Ally exclaimed as the buzzer rang.

"Cheers!" I said as we both take a sip of our beers.

"Hey Ally and Maddy" Sydney approached us.

Sydney was the girlfriend of Matt Martin.

"Hey Sydney" Ally and I both said.

"So we were wonder if you guys wanted to come downtown with us to celebrate their win?" Sydney asked.

I looked at Ally with an unsure look.

"I would love too but I have to pack, I leave for Pittsburgh tomorrow" I said.

"Okay" Sydney said as she looked at Ally waiting for her answer.

"I think i'll pass, i've already had too much to drink" Ally replied.

"Okay well i'll see you girls tomorrow when we stop by Mitch's place" We said our goodbyes to Sydney and headed to the locker room to meet Mitch and William.

Mitch and William came out with the biggest smile on their faces.

"Good job you guys!!" I said giving both of them a hug.

"Thanks Mads" They both said.

"Let's go back home i'm exhausted" Ally said leaning her head on Mitch's shoulder.

"Yeah I need to pack" I frowned.

"I can't believe that 5 months went by that quickly" William said.

"It was like yesterday you came down here" Mitch said.

"Well i've had a fun time here. This trip to Toronto was something that got my mind off of Connor" I said looking down at the ground.

I've haven't seen or talked to Connor ever since he got in that accident.

I do follow him and Lauren on social media and they seem to be having a lot of fun together.

But I wish that that was both of us.

His parents do tell me that he is remembering some things which is a good thing.

However his head starts to hurt when my name is mention which is weird.

"Let's go Maddy!" William said snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Oh yeah sorry" I said.

"Thinking about Connor?" He figured it out as I nodded my head.

"I'm sorry Maddy" Will pulled me in for a side hug.

"It's okay i've moved on already" I put on a small smile.

I'm going to be okay
