TWENTY TWO

I was on my bed listening to some music.

I see my door open and Connor walks in.

"Hey can we talk?" He asks as I nod my head.

He closes the door and takes a seat next to me as I turn off the music.

"Why didn't you tell me that you were crying earlier?" He asked as I just looked away from him.

"It's nothing" I said as he grabs my hand.

"Maddy Ally and Mitch told me what happened, you know that you shouldn't be affected by those a things" He looks straight in my eyes.

"But those things they said were true" I mumbled.

I can feel tears forming in my eyes.

"Babe you are perfect no matter what" he kisses me on my forehead.

"Connor why did you choose me?" I say out loud as he looks at me weirdly.

"I mean i'm not like a model, i'm not skinny, I just happen to be the younger sister of one of the best players in the NHL right now"

"Maddy I don't care about that crap, all I care about is you and only you. I don't care if you're not a model or if you're skinny or not, all I care about if you stay true to who you are!" Connor was really expressing what he thought.

"Connor i'm just insecure about how I look. I look at those magazine covers and see how beautiful those girls look" I stand up and look at my mirror.

I look at myself, I know i'm not perfect.

"Babe" Connor comes up behind me and wraps his arms around my waist.

"You're beautiful and I will always think that" he kisses my cheek.

"You really think that?"

"Maddy of course I think that" he turns me around so i'm facing him.

"You're the most beautiful girl i've ever met and that will never change" he places his hands on my cheek and gives me a kiss.

I kiss back as I wrap my arms around his neck as we have a heated make out session.

"Gosh I love you" he says as he lifts me up and places me on my bed.

"I love you too" I said as we get back to kissing.

God I really do love this boy.

He surely knows how to make his girl smile.

"You two get your asses out of bed!" Mitch yells at us.

"Nah we are good" Connor says as we continue to cuddle.

"Come on let's hang out today!" Mitch jumps into the bed.

"Mitch go back to Ally" I said attempting to push him off.

"She went out" Mitch pouted.

"Where too?"

"She's meeting her friend that lives downtown" Mitch said as I immediately sat up.

"Mitch Ally doesn't have a friend that lives downtown. I've met all her friends" I said as Mitch looks at me.

"So she's lying to me?" I nodded my head at me.

"Well where is she then?!" He raised his voice a little.

"Here I can track her phone down" I said as I checked "Find my iphone"

"So?" Mitch was impatient.

"She's at this diner downtown" I said.

Mitch gets up and heads out the door.

"Aren't you guys coming?" He asked.

Connor and I looked at each other.

"No we are going to cuddle and make out wh-" Connor says before I interrupt him.

"Yes we are going" I got up and tried to get Connor out of bed.

"Babe can't we j-"

"Connor we are helping Mitch" I looked at him with a begging look.

"Ugh fine" he gets up.

"Maddy you're driving!" Mitch says as I groan.
