SIXTY EIGHT

"Where are the babies?" Steph asks as her, Mitch, Ally, Auston and William walked in.

"They're with the doctor, they should be back soon" I said.

"I can't believe you guys are parents" Auston says.

"It seems like yesterday you guys were just like us" Mitch says.

"It was yesterday you dummy" Connor says.

The door swings open and reveals a nurse carrying two babies.

"Here are Paris and Devin Mcdavid" the nurse gives Connor Paris while I carry Devin.

"Where's mini me?" Mitch asked.

"Still with the Doctor" the nurse said leaving the room.

"Aw they are both angels" Ally said.

"Here you guys can carry Paris" Connor says handing Steph the baby.

The nurse walks in with the last baby handing it to Connor.

"Guys I would like you to meet Michelle Mcdavid" Connor announces as Mitch is surprised with the name.

"What?? I thought we made an agreement" Mitch says.

"We did but the name doesn't match with this baby" Connor says.

"And why is that?" Mitch crosses his arms.

"Babe show them" I said.

"Show us what?" William asked.

Connor removed the baby's blanket so the gang can see the point.

"Where is his thing?" Auston asked.

"Auston it's a girl" I said.

"Hey Mitch it is your mini you" William teased as Mitch slapped him on the arm.

"But I thought you were having two boys?" Ally asked.

"We did too but he doctor must have read the results wrong" I said.

"Um sorry to interrupt but we have some family members that want to see you" the nurse said.

"Mom and Dad!" Connor exclaimed as he saw his parents walk in.

"Hey Connor and Maddy how's the grandchildren?" They asked walking in.

"Doing fine! Here mom you can carry Michelle" Connor hands her the baby.

"And dad you can carry Devin" Connor grabs the baby from me and gives it to his father.

"They are so precious" They said.

"Hello did we miss anything?" My parents and Sidney walk in.

"No not at all!" I said as they all gave me a hug.

"Who knew that my little sister would be having kids before me" Sidney said as he gave me a hug.

"Yeah and who knew that I will find true love before you" I said to him.

"Well where are my niece and nephews?" Sidney asked as they all looked at the babies.

"How you holding up?" Connor asked me once everyone had their attention on the baby.

"I'm exhausted as fuck" I said as Connor just smiles.

"Hey so i'm going to make some arrangements once the babies grow a little bit" Connor says.

"What arrangements?" I asked

"Well I want you and the kids to come to Edmonton and live with me. Are you down?" Connor takes my hands.

"Of course" I said as he gives me a peck.

"Wait but when you're on away games whose going to help me with taking care of the babies?" I asked him.

"I already talked to Ally about it and she agreed to come to Edmonton and stay with us during the hockey season to help us out" Connor says.

"You know I love you" I said to him.

"I love you too" Connor says giving me a kiss.
