After practicing, I decided that I should just go to Summer and tell her how I feel today and just get it over with. I walked up to the door and knocked. After a while, Summer opens the door.
"Hey..." she said.
"Summer, can we talk?" her eyes started to fill with worry, but she nodded, and we sat down on the little step on her porch.
"I think we have to break up..." I say, and hurt is written all over her face.
"W-Why?" she asked.
"It's just...your so great, but things are changing, and I just don't feel that way about us anymore. I don't want to go on knowing I feel like this. It's unfair to you, Summer, and if I never came and told you about this and kept us going, I might've kept you from meeting a guy that REALLY likes you... Do you understand?" I look at her sad 6 she nods.
"I know Asher still likes you, I saw how you two looked at each other," I add.
"Freddy, be honest. Is there someone else?" she asks.
"I don't know..." I answer honestly.
"Well then...I hope you're happy," she says, and she hugged me, then I got up and skated away.
I feel so bad, but I care about Summer, and I had to do this because it's not fair to her.
