"Give me one reason of why we should trust you three lunatics." She stated with certainty, not caring if they shot her.
"Because we're your only chance at survival. And if you don't come with us, you'll die."
"Um...I personally don't wanna die today." I said, unsure wether I should be talked or not.
The man in the middle chuckled and ran his thumb over his neck, symbolizing that we would die. The man had an athletic but slim build. He looked nice, despise the tattered clothes he was wearing. But until now I haven't really looked at his face. I was surprised to see that he had bright green hair, even though it was losing its glow. He had crystal blue eyes and a scruffy beard, almost like a goatee. He also he had bushy eyebrows that fit perfectly with his face. I looked down awkwardly, unable to speak anymore. I didn't want him to notice me staring.
I was getting uncomfortable with the growing silence filling the air. "Can we go home now? It's gettin dark, and I don't feel like freezin my balls off anytime soon." Stated the man I was previously staring at. I chuckled at his outgoing attitude. He seemed to notice this and smiled. "Bout time someone laughs. This tension was becoming unbearable." I smiled like an idiot, feeling embarrassed that he pointed me out.
"Maybe we should head with them, I like the jokes." I said the the girl, smiling. She scoweled at me, quickly making me lose my smile. The man laughed in the background, not minding the glare the girl gave him.
"Fine..."
