Chapter 30 -Togeather

Tod: "Oh but honey, Mason knows nothing about this." I gasp at the sight of Tod, I'm so confused right now. I was going to talk back but I saw the crazy look in his eyes and didn't. I don't see any windows or doors down here. The only exit is the one he came through and he's blocking the steps. Tod may be the nerd in our school but he's 5 inches taller than me and he's not weak. I know that because one time when we were at the library a boy in our grade was trash talking me and Tod punched him. He made his nose bleed and the boy never even glanced at me again. "So Winter you can follow me." I scowl at him but try to get up, then I realize I have handcuffs on. How the hell did he get handcuffs? Well I guess it isn't that hard, but anyway who even has handcuffs?! I can't take this anymore, I have to speak.

Winter: "Why did you bring me here?" I whisper.

Tod: "I'll explain everything if you follow me." He says in a warning tone. I get up which is a little hard since I'm handcuffed but I get up quickly and follow him up the stairs. He takes me through many hallways and I realize we're in a mansion. Then I remember that Tod's parents are rich. He opens a door and we go in. I see a queen sized bed and a closet. There's a bathroom to the right and-

Winter: "What the hell is that?!" I point to a big board with a collage which has pictures of me. There are also a few of Jason which have knifes in them.

Tod: "Never mind that, come sit on the bed my love." He says casually like he didn't kidnap me and this is all normal.

Winter: "No way! And don't call me love! Now what the hell is that?!" He rolls his eyes at me.

Tod: "Its exactly what it looks like, a collage." Yeah, just a collage, not a freaking stalking board. But of course I didn't say that out loud. I stare at him open mouthed. I don't know what he wants but I'm going to find out.

Winter: "If you want money I'll get it for you, we can make a deal? You let me free and I'll give all I have, which is $1,500,000." Btw I'm not kidding, it's in my dads will. I can't access it until I'm 19 (I don't know why it's 19) but I would give it to him if he let me go. He starts laughing and then comes up to me and puts a strand of my hair behind my ear.

Tod: "I don't want money, I want you." My eyes widen.

Winter: "What?" I ask slowly.

Tod: "We're getting married in two days!" He says happily.

Winter: "What!!!" I yell.

Tod: "We're meant to be."

Winter: "Were are your parents?!?!" His happy face turns mad.

Tod: "My parents?" He spat out like that word was the most terrible thing in the world. "My 'Parents' are never home and don't care about me, plus my 'dad' isn't even my real dad! My real dad understands me! But my stupid mom but him in jail 7 years ago!! He got into a car crash, killed a guy because he was drunk and mad at my mom. So my stupid mom wouldn't let him out!" His eyes were furious.

Winter: "Wait... 7 years ago?" Then something clicks.

Tod: "Yeah. So? Now come on let's go downstairs for dinner." He walks to the door and turns around when he notices I didn't follow him. "What are you doing? Follow me!"

Winter: "Your dad killed the only people that loved me." I whispered.

Tod: "What?" He took a few steps closer.

Winter: "My mom did those things because of your dad."

Tod: "What are you talking about?" He stepped even closer so he was a foot away. I took a step closer and kneed him in his crotches. "Ow! You b*tch!" I ran out the door. Thank goodness it was open otherwise I couldn't get out because of my handcuffs. I ran around until I found the main door.

Winter: "Damn it." The doors were closed so I walked up to them and turned around so I could open it.

Tod: "No! You can't go back to Jason!! You will love me!! Not him!" I opened the door and ran out. Right before I could get past the gate I felt pain shoot through my left leg. I fell and fainted.

Jason's P.O.V-

I come back from the bathroom and I don't see Winter. I look around and see her phone on the ground. I start to panic and call Maria.

Maria: "Hello?" I hear her through the phone.

Jason: "Have you seen Winter?" I say quickly.

Maria: "No but she just texted me you and her were leaving."

Jason: "Well she's not here!" I see a car driving away from the school with two people in it, I can't tell who they are but there's a guy and girl. The girl is in a sleeping poison while the guy is driving.

Maria: "Go check in your car she's probably waiting for you. Also why can't you just call her?"

Jason: "Because I just found her phone on the ground were she was waiting for me!"

Maria: "Jason calm down. Go look in your car, me and Garret will be out in a minute." I hang up and go to my car. She's not there.

Jason: "Damn it." I curse under my breath. I see Maria and Garret walking towards me and I run up to them. "She's not in the effing car! I went to the bathroom for a minute! How could this happen!" I lost my cool the moment I saw her phone on the ground and now I'm getting worse.

Maria: "Okay, just don't lose your cool, but do you think this might have anything to do with Mason?" I didn't even respond. I was in my car as she said that and already driving to my ex-friends house. When I got there I pounded on the door. A few seconds later Mason came to the door.

Mason: "Jason? What do you want?" I walked past him and into his house. "Dude?! What are you doing?" He said in a harsh whisper tone.

Jason: "Where is Winter?!"

Mason: "Dude, be quiet. My moms sleeping."

Jason: "Where. Is. She?"

Mason: "I don't know?"

Jason: "Whereis she you a-hole?" He rolled his eyes.

Mason: "You can check my house but I saw her sleeping in a dudes car. I don't who it was with but she was in their." The car I saw before must be it, but I'm going to check his house before. There was another knock on his door and when he opened it Maria and Garret came rushing in. "What is up with you guys barging in?"

Jason: "Can you two go searching for something?"

Garret: "Sure what?" I told him what the car looked like and the brand and they were off. I looked all over Masons house but found nothing. I got in my car and got a call from Garret.

Garret: "I found the car. It's the nerds house." I didn't even hang up, I just drove to were Garret was.

When I got their I parked. Garret and Maria parked a block away but I straight up stopped in the front of the house. I turned my lights off and then heard something. I saw Winter running towards the gate. I was about to open the door for her but then I saw Tod. He threw a dart at her leg and she fainted. I ran over to her and took the dart out.

Tod: "NO! Go away Jason! Your not supposed to be here!" He wined.

Jason: "What are you a five year old? Oh wait no your a freaking psycho!" I got up and punched him. He stumbled backwards. I take the dart from the ground hoping it will work a second time and put it in his leg. As I do that I feel a pain in my own leg and see there's a dart in me. I take it of and grab Winter. Tod is now unconscious. I walk to the car put her in and then the darkness overcomes me.

But at least we're together.
