Chapter 19- Beautiful

I stare at him with big eyes.

Did Jason Diaz just ask me to go on a date with him? A date. With Jason Diaz. The hot bad boy that's been bullying me for years just asked me out.

Well that's a lot to take in.

Winter: "Uh..." His smile turns into a frown. I guess usually girls say yes right away."Are you doing this because of a dare?"

Jason: "No Winter!" He yells as I whimper a little. "I'm so sorry Winter, I-I didn't mean to. It's just, you don't get how beautiful you are." I look up completely dazed. He called me beautiful.

Winter: "You really think I'm beautiful?" I say quietly.

Jason: "Yes! Very, especially your emerald green eyes, damn your eyes." He says looking at my eyes.

Winter: "Yes." I say and feel my face shift into something I haven't done in while.

Jason's P.O.V-

She smiled.

She smiled as she said yes and I want to kiss her so bad right now because of that beautiful smile but I don't because what she's been through with Mason and her mom and all and I just don't want her to be scared of me or something.

Jason: "Y-your smiling?" She looks at me in surprise and blushes while still smiling.

Winter: "I guess I am." She gets up and hugs me and I hug her back. Her warm embrace feels so good. Okay here comes a confession, I've never been on a date.

There I said it!

I've never been on a date. I usually just go to a party, find a hot girl and well you know the rest. It's quick and there's no heartbeat involved.

But I guess I should grow up? Eh, I'll grow up a little bit at a time okay. For Winter. But some stuff is going to be hard.

Jason: "You should smile more, your even more beautiful when your smiling." I know I just escalated our conversation a bit but I can't help it.

Winter: "I-I will." We sat there staring at the ground for a few seconds smiling to our selfs like idiots when Lilly walked in.

Winter's P.O.V-

Lilly walked in and made us blush even more. She walked up to us and winked at me while mouthing 'You plus him'. I think she meant it in a sweet way like we should be a couple but it sounded just... um... odd. She perks up and looks at Jason.

Lilly: "I have my stuff upstairs, all ready! So can we leave?"

Jason: "Your friend is not expecting you for an hour and she lives 10 minutes away."

Lilly: "So?" Jason sighed.

Jason: "So, we'll go in 50 minutes." Then Lilly let out a pout and stopped her foot.
