I slumped down on the small, plastic chair and pulled out my math book. I never understood maths. Why would I need it anyway? We have calculators and Google in the 21st century. Shawn slipped into the room quietly and sat in his seat behind me.

Mr.Lee walked into the room and pulled out his large folder.
"Okay guys open your books to page 326." He said.
I opened my textbook and stared blankly at the page...Trigonometry.
"What the fuck..." I mutter and groaned.

*Time Skip*

"Okay guys, page 327 for homework due on Wednesday. Ciara and Shawn can you stay behind please?" Mr.Lee said as everyone left the room.
I wandered towards Mr.Lee's desk and Shawn stood beside me. Shawn was a nerd. He sat behind me in maths and he is kinda cute.
"Okay so Ciara I think you are slacking behind a bit in here." He frowned.
"I just don't understand it Sir." I groaned.
"Okay well I think you need a tutor." He replied.
"But Sir..." I sighed.
"That's why I bought Shawn here. He will come to yours after school to help you whenever he can." Mr.Lee told me,"Off you go."

We both walked out of the class room and I turned to Shawn,"Meet me at my locker after school I guess."
I turned away and went to Art.

*Time Skip*

I Shut my locker and jumped slightly.
"Oh God! Hi." I smiled at Shawn.
"You told me to meet you here." He mumbled awkwardly.
"Yeah I know. Sorry, I just didn't see you." I laughed,"Come on lets get this done."
"Alright then." Shawn followed along behind.

*Time Skip*

"Hey mum. I have a friend round, don't disturb us." I jogged up the stairs and Shawn followed.
I entered my room and shut the door. I quickly grabbed the two pieces of paper and stuffed them into my draw.
"They were good. You don't need to hide you art." Shawn smiled.
"Sorry. I don't show many people." I giggle,"Anyway let's do this then."

We both pulled out or maths books and Shawn handed me a pencil.
