I sat, head in my hands, cringing at my previous comment. I just told Shawn I loved him way too soon. Shawn coughed and I looked up. He had the same facial expression of shock spread across his face as he did just moments ago.
"Ok look." I sighed, "I know I came off to strong...But I apologise."
"It's fine..." Shawn shrugged.
"No look it's just. I've been known to give my all and jump in way too soon into things." I huffed, "It's just you gave all the signals."
"What do you mean?" Shawn raised an eyebrow.
"Look it's just, don't call me baby unless you mean it okay! Don't tell me you need me if you don't believe it." I rubbed my temples, "You're a mystery...I've never met someone like you. I know I dived in too quick but that's just me, that's who I am."
"Hey it's fine honestly, I was just shocked." He pulled me into a hug, "I've always been the one to say I love you first. I just wasn't expecting to hear you say that, but well...I love you too."
"Wait really?" I smirked and he nodded. 
I pulled him in for a short and sweet kiss.
