"What did you say?!?" I asked
"Rap" said the voice
"Rap? why would I rap? I don't know how to..." then you looked at Lea and saw how sad she looked and how desperate she looked.
You closed your eyes and breathed and said "Okay I'll do it"
"Okay let's see what you got"
Simon D POV
After I finished listening to some punk that's when all of the sudden the light turned off I had no idea what was happening until I heard the most beautiful yet manly voice that I have ever heard. Everything went quiet all the sudden and everyone was watching the girl rap she looked so confident I have to say
"She's going to win"
Hani POV
I'm freaking out I don't know what I'm supposed to rap about how can he just tell me to rap and the just WTF, I know I'm good at free rap but when I'm really pressured I stutter and then I forget my words, but when I remembered that I have to do that for her so she can live her dream.
So that's when I figured out what I'm going to rap about
"Appa Wae appa waeo
it has been just a couple of days
But why are you acting like she just faded away..."
I rapped about how hard it was on me when my mom died 4 years ago and how my dad just started drinking and sleeping around just few days after she passed away like she was nothing.
After I was done I looked at Lea and saw that she had tears in her eyes, my mom was like her second mom and she was with me when she passed away. Then I looked at the crowd and just saw their jaws dropped then I looked at mad Clown and he was just smiling
"I knew you could do it " he said and handed me the necklace
I was shocked and the I was that Lea was jumping around and then I ran to her and hugged her
"Did you plan this?" I asked
"If I didn't you wouldn't be here and following your dreams" she said with teary eyes "Why did you decide to rap about your mom?"
"I don't know I just thought about her and wished she were here to see us go though" I said almost crying
"Can we go home now?" I asked Lea
"Are you sure that you don't want to stay?" she asked
"No, I just want to go home and rest" I said "It's going to be a hectic day tomorrow"
